This is a pretty good fan, but it does have some issues.I went through 2 of them at the time of this review, but amazon was good about returning the fan. I anticipate having issues with this new fan however.Starting off with the issues, the major problem is that the oscillating feature will most likely break.The mechanism that creates the oscillating feature is weak, and in my first fan the oscillating feature stopped working when a wall was limiting the full range of movement.I know this sounds like user error but it broke almost immediately, a full size oscillating fan would have not broken. I guess this maybe a sacrifice to make for this size, but something tells me other mini fans would have not broken either.A small issue i had as well was the fan clip is a little clunky, its shaped in a weird way that makes it strange to clip to the side of the desk or a bar. It does work though and I was able to clip it on my desk and on a pole.With these issues I have to say that this is a good fan. It plugs in microusb, works with 3 variable speeds, and when it does oscillate it works well. The fan is not so loud that it is annoying, but it does make a sound. It does the job, and at this size not many fans actually oscillate.All in all its not a bad fan at all, provided the amazon stands behind the product.

This fan did as expected but definitely did NOT last even close to what was expected. I didn't expect it to work for years but I also would have never purchased had I known it would be dead in just a few short months. FAIL!

The fans works great! Unfortunately mine stopped oscillating about a month after I got it. I contacted the company and they were going to send a replacement but I have yet to receive that. I will update my review if I ever get the replacement one.

I wanted a little fan that had a clip for my bookshelf because I don't have a lot of surface space to set it on. That limited my selection quite a bit. And I wanted it to oscillate, which narrowed it down to just this one on Amazon. Fortunately, it's a great little fan! It's sturdy and well-made. The grill is metal and the plastic parts aren't flimsy, so it looks like it should hold up pretty well. It has three speed settings, and the low one is enough to stir the air and make the room less stuffy without blowing papers everywhere. If I ever wanted to set it on something rather than clipping it, I can do that-- the clip also functions as a flat base. I had to order a longer USB cable than the one it came with, and dig out an AC adaptor, but that's nothing new with small USB-powered gadgets. I'm satisfied.

My intentions for the fan were for it to stay at home by my bed, as an additional source of air.I replaced a clip fan for this because it had the ability to oscillate and it said it can hold a charge.. so I'm thinking, if I were to go mobile with this, I could.While it is powerful and quiet for the size, it is not mobile, where as it would operate without being plugged into a power source... like to an outlet, hard drive or a power bank.That is the only knock considering my original intentions for this were for home.

Fan worked great for approximately 25 days then it quit oscillating. Returned and recieved replacement very timely. I will see how long this one lasts!!

This is a very decent fan, nice size with option for oscillating. Only negative is that I wanted to clip it on a small pole and the base prevents you from clipping directly onto the edge of anything.

I ordered 5 of these for our grandchildren’s bunk beds. One failed to work out of the box. I attempted to send it back however customs refused to take it. I have paid $35 postage so perhaps it best if I bin it.
