I get knots and muscle cramps easily. Someone suggested that even though I drink lots of water in the day my body may not be hydrating itself properly and recommended a different product that was out of stock but this has similar enough ingredients so I've been taking them daily for months. They make a huge difference. I work on my feet 10-12 hours a day and my calves and lower back are WAY less cramped now that I've been taking them. I think these are a forever supplement for me now.

I consume a lot of electrolytes because I play competitive singles and doubles tennis. Matches can go on on for 3 hours if we do 3 sets with tiebreakers and can be very exhausting. If I don't constantly consume electrolytes while playing I get weak, get the shakes and begin to feel sick. I like that these electrolytes contain the most important ingredients for me: potassium, magnesium and sodium chloride (table salt). The other ingredients are good extras but it's those 3 that I seek out. I even add extra salt to my electrolytes during warm/hot weather. I will take one of these pills about 30 minutes before a match but I still drink more electrolytes while playing. I like these pills since I can take another one after I get home and I usually don't have any problems. I only got really sick a couple of times when I wasn't taking electrolytes and since then I have learned my lesson.

It's hard to review supplements when you don't see any results. With this electrolyte supplement I don't know that you're supposed to see anything noticeable. Electrolytes are good for you and I am a fan of those fancy waters with added electrolytes. I didn't notice feeling less thirsty or more energized while taking these but I also didn't have any side effects at all. The pills are tasteless and easy to take. I don't see myself buying these ever because they didn't do anything for me but maybe that's just me.
