I bought this to replace a similar Spigen mount I had left in a rental car. I have a Note 9 and it is a good size and a little bit heavy. I bought this model because the original Spigen was not in stock.My results with the iBenzer were disappointing. The phone constantly shifted on the mount because of the weight of the phone. It is just too small for a big phone like the Note 9. A few days after I got this mount, the Spigen was back in stock. I'll find a use for the iBenzer holding paper clips or something.

I was disappointed on several fronts. First, the width of the magnetic anchor is too wide to fit the opening in my car’s HVAC vent. This causes the anchor to easily pull out. Secondly, the magnet is not strong enough to firmly hold the weight of the iPhone X, which is too heavy to securely hold onto the magnet during driving. Phone would simply fall to the floor while driving. In the event of a collision, I have no doubt, that the phone would easily become dislodged from its moorings and become a flying projectile propelled through the cabin. This is unsafe.

I needed a place to prop my phone so I could see my gps without looking down all the time. I've only had it a week, but I've used it a ton and so far so good. It does wiggle a little on bumpy roads, but the magnets are strong, and my phone hasn't fallen yet. It seems to fit pretty well on the vent. However, you've got to spin the phone to keep from pulling the mount off the vent when you go to remove your phone. It's very weighty, which I didn't expect, and feels well made. I do wonder how long the rubber will last. Being on the vent, my phone stays cool in the sun with the AC on. All I all, I'm very happy, and for $5 would definitely purchase again.

I like the item itself but the adhesive is really strong so I’m glad that I didn’t stick it on my phone(I would’ve been very upset) I actually put mine in the phone case. It’s very hard to remove (I broke a nail), I had to remove and replace since it was blocking my wireless charging which the instructions said it wouldn’t do, that’s not true. I have the iPhone max which I use a wireless charger to charge and once the adhesive was on, my phone wouldn’t charge. I then decided to move it and that’s where the trouble started. I was finally able to remove it and push it further down but now it’s not staying on well so I’ll probably end up having to purchase another one because it’s not holding my phone once I try to stick it on the vent. Overall I think it’s a great product but if you have a newer model phone and use wireless charging you have to figure out exactly where to stick the adhesive for your phone to charge otherwise your phone won’t charge even though it says it does. Also do not put the adhesive on the back of your phone I would suggest sticking it on on your phone case (if you use one) then put your phone back in the case and stick on the vent.

This phone holder is good for a magnet.I bought three phone holsters and returned the other 2.It does not scratch the case (or the phone minus the case) and the magnet seems strong.Yet the magnet is not strong enough to hold up the phone over bumps and turns on the road.Its rubber stopper on the back also slides with the movement of the car. The stopper's slots need more friction and tightness.Also, for Jeep vents, when the vents are turned vertical, the vents move too much for the phone to stay on and to retain a single position. When the vents are turned horizontal, the vents, with the holder and the phone, droops and face downward, causing the phone to not be functional and unsafe for usage.Overall, Benzer, with this product, needs more testing, far stronger magnet that can hold the phone and the phone's case (mine is a wallet case), more tightness on the rubber stopper and be sold in a package with jammers to wedge into the vent.I would have paid double for this product had it been built and packaged better.....I wish I gave up on it sooner.

I couldn't get it to properly hold my phone. After a bump or something it just fell right off and down by my feet while driving. I used it with the metal plate inside the case. The case isn't particularly thick either. I won't be using this anymore and bought another phone holder that isn't magnetic.

This is the second magnetic phone mount I've purchased, but the first one from this brand and seller. The magnetic quality is far above the one I have and holds my husband's iPhone 7 without a problem. It clips securely to the vent and the phone doesn't move when attached. I have to say, I'm quite impressed and would gladly replace my other one with one from this seller if they carried it in rose goldr as I think it would definitely hold my larger phone without any trouble.

I love the color and look. HOWEVER! If you stick the magnet under a phone case, the phone slides off the mount or spins around. My case is even a magnetic case and I put the magnet inside and it still slides off. You would have to stick the magnet on the outside of the case. But once stuck it WILL NOT come off.
