When I redid my primary bathroom, I got this candle, the reed diffuser, the room spray, and the bubble bath. It's a fantastic set and smells AMAZING. Smells and looks like you are at a luxury spa.

My problem is the packaging was sloppy. The candle was in its own box from the manufacturer. The original packaging was showing signs of damage. It was then put into a thin envelope. With 100 degree heat, it was on the verge of melting.

My husband booked a room at the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor for my birthday. Every time we walked through the lobby I was immersed in this very calming and wonderful aroma. There was a perfume shop just off the lobby and I thought it was coming from there. They said the hotel had their own scent. Indeed, the front desk shared that they do, and it is this candle -Bergamot & Ocean Aria- they referred me to. Received in a beautiful box (won’t be throwing it away) with its own boxed matches. The scent is exactly as it was at the Ritz. I will be purchasing the diffuser next so I can maintain the scent consistently!

Worst delivery in my history with Amazon Candle is multiple times scratched, dirty cover, chipped glass and box lid is torn off Scent is good…mostly lemon. You don’t even need to light it.

For a $55 candle that's only 9 oz, you'd think the Pattern/Antica brands could better prepare this candle for fulfillment by Amazon? 🥲 They don't put any kind of bubble wrap or thin cardboard around the candle box, so the beautiful decorative/storage box came totally destroyed, with some scuffing and bumps on the actual candle rim as well. At these kinds of premium prices, I would expect the brand to make sure I receive the item in perfect (or at least decent) condition. The scent is nice and cozy. The throw is decent. I'm experiencing a bit of tunneling even when doing everything "right" like wick trimming and trying to ensure a good melt pool. The tunneling is frustrating at this price point when I can buy another 9oz candle at a fraction of the price and have it perform perfectly. It's a nice candle but not giftable with these packaging issues, nor is it a good value. I would be pretty mortified if I sent this as a gift to someone and what they received was all busted up like mine was.
