I have used this product for maybe a year. The bottle I nearly gone so I am ordering another one today. The liquid in the bottle has not hardened. I do not want to run out thus ordering more. After I stopped going to salons and wearing acrylic nails, my own nails which have always been pretty good but with ridges, have started to split and break constantly. I am in menopause, so it makes sense that my nails are more fragile. Once I started using this product my nails have improved so much. I had to keep cutting down the nails (I have two) with the vertical split and finally it seems they are healing. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent Product. Using Nail Strengthener once a week after filing nails for even length is ideal. The strengthener allows my nails to look manicured for a week, sometimes longer!

I was desperate to fix my nails. After years of beautiful nails, menopause happened. Within a year my nails went from lovely to extremely fragile, peeling & splitting 😰. Seriously, if my nails were made of paper, they would have been more resilient. From January ‘24- May ‘25 I tried OPI Nail Envy, OIrly Calcium Shield and countless reputable products. Absolutely nothing worked. I’d just about given up when I came across this product. I ordered out of desperation & I’ve used it for a week now, applying it every night as directed. It seems to have worked!!! No peeling, no splitting, no more “weaker than paper” nails 😦! I was out in the garden today- yes, I wore gloves, but when I took them off I could hardly believe it…my nails were totally intact. This maybe Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth for nails. I’m so grateful & highly recommend this product- 5⭐️! UPDATE- finished Week 2 & going on Week 3… Recently, I have been doing heavy gardening work, wearing gloves of course. I’m continuing to use the product as directed. My nails are doing GREAT! I have had some splitting (probably due to the abuse from garden work), but NO PEELING… it has literally been a 1 & 1/2 years of peeling, fragile nails & this product seems to have stopped it. I’m amazed 🤩. Will continue to update… UPDATE #2 6/18/25- I continue to use First Aid Kiss and my nails have continued to improve. I am still growing out the pre-First Aid Kiss fragile nails, but I am able to actually GROW them out a bit w/o them splitting & peeling away. I’m thrilled with the results of this product. It seems to be able to bond to fragile nails and protect them as they grow. I would give it 10⭐️’s if I could! UPDATE #3 - 7/20/25 Success!!!

Applies well in a single coat, dries fast. While there is no color, I noticed that the coating tends to turn yellow if I leave it on my nails, unattended for a week; but I do dishes by hand, and a lot of cleaning, only sporadically do I wear protective gloves, so the ella+mila polish gets exposed to detergents. Overall, the product is a great choice for helping nail growth and a clear shine. Great for young girls who are learning good fingernail care.

Day one review; Package arrived overly packed with paper to ensure the bottle didn't break. I applied to clean nails, the smell wasn't any worse than regular nailpolish and dissipated quickly. Dry time was around 2 minutes, quickly dried and is clear/glossy. Once dried, polish has a strangely pleasant fruity/antiseptic smell which I would assume would go away with hand washing/use. With this first application I do already notice some strength/hardness, just as regular polish would give the same support. Will update once progress is shown, photo uploaded today is first application on severely damaged nails. 5 days update; the smell does go away rather quickly with regular handwashing or shower. I DO notice some extra strength in my nails, day one I couldn't open the box without my nails bending. I did second application a couple days earlier than the directions suggested (this is the day I have to do my nails) upon opening the box this time, my nails didn't bend. I had no significant chipping or peeling of the polish. I only applied one coat, as suggested on the directions. I will update again next week! *TWO WEEK UPDATE* I LOVE this stuff. Seriously! My nails were VERY brittle, week and damaged after gel use. SO thin they were cracking! Today I was able to shape my nails (ever so slightly) I have been following the box directions, removing the day-two second coat, with non acetone nail polish remover, and reapplying after washing and drying my nails, and removing cuticle build up. My nails are still weaker than they should be (gel damage was pretty severe) but they aren't nearly as bad as they were in two weeks time. My nails do grow pretty quickly as I do take vitamins and supplements, BUT the cloudy spots are slowly disappearing, and my nails FEEL good with this polish on. My hands are submerged in water for about 5 hours a day, I am VERY rough on my hands and I have no issues with chipping or peeling.. UNLESS my cuticle gets painted. So nail prep, follow the box directions (one coat does a LOT) and you'll be on your happy way to stronger, healthier looking AND feeling nails. (Second photo is two weeks update)

2/14 Edit: After posting this review, the company reached out and happily refunded me. I have been using this faithfully for 2 mos., meticulously following the instructions given (although they are a bit unclear). I have also been applying lotion to soften my brittle nails. However, even now, as soon as my nails get any length at all, they chip or break and I have to clip back to almost nothing. Very disappointed.

It's worth purchasing because the program has significantly strengthened our nails, promoting healthier growth. Previously, our nails were easily breakable and prone to cracking, but now they are remarkably stronger and more resilient.

If you have any problems with your nails you need this. IT WORKS!!! And, it is all natural. My nails have never looked better.

Very nice seller informed me of a short delay to delivery but I did get it. Product is new and I have used this formula before with success so I'm looking forward to my results this time around. Doesn't smell as strong as other ones I own which is good. Very happy with my item.

I have been trying a lot of different nail strengtheners for my dry brittle and chipping nails. A lot of products claim to be the best but it didn’t work. Ella+Mila nail strengthener gives my nail maximum protection and strength which I can see it last and my nails are in better shape. I’m not a review person but this stuff really works. During quarantine I put on acrylic nails and took them off myself... my nails were a mess. I also had one nail that was constantly splitting and this totally healed them ...great job ! Two thumbs up
