I liked them they work well but they are really thick and hard to talk with and make me drool a lot and I mean like a lot but other that that they were pretty slay💅💅💅. They help me not grind my teeth at night!

Follow directions exactly. It was a little harder to trim down in size but finally got it to work .

My 10 year old was recently diagnosed with TMJ. It was recommended to get her a mouth guard for sleeping because she grinds her teeth terribly and wakes up most mornings with pain from the TMJ. These mouth guards are frustrating to try and mold. We’ve tried 2 of them and they won’t mold to her teeth. One problem is they’re too hot for her to stick in her mouth after putting them in the hot water. When she does get them in, they keep molding to the top of her mouth versus the inner side of her teeth. They don’t stay up. They just fall down if she opens her mouth and all I keep picturing is her opening her mouth while sleeping, they fall and end up sliding into her throat. Whether that can actually happen, I don’t know but I also don’t want to find out. We have 2 more to try to mold still. I’ll update this if I get it to work.

My son says this is the best mouth guard he has ever had. It was easy to make and the completed product is very comfortable to wear. We are now thankfully at ease that he will no longer be grinding his teeth.

The media could not be loaded. The directions were pretty easy to follow. Heat water to just under boiling, 190 degrees F. If you don't have a thermometer just boil water then remove from heat until it stops boiling. Drop the plastic in the water for 30 seconds, remove for a few seconds to cool a bit then put in your mouth and form it quickly around your teeth with your tongue and fingers. It sets in seconds. Then dip in cold water to fully harden. Done.I found that my first go of it I cut some off the ends at the back of my mouth because I thought it was too long. But it does seem to shrink up, so then it actually left a gap and didn't cover all my teeth, but there was also a lot of extra plastic that formed upwards at the roof of my mouth that I found annoying and uncomfortable.The second time I did it I cut off the full inside rim but left it the same length. That seemed much better. I could have trimmed off even more I think, but this was fine.Another tip, you CAN use a scissors but I found a meat scissors cut through it easier. Using a regular scissors was too hard for me to cut through it all.They do include 4 sets of teeth so if you don't get it right the first time you have a few more tries which I found helpful. I may do it again and cut even more away before boiling.They also included a handy case. I recommend these.

Ordered for my 10yr and 8yr old because they grind their teeth at night. The products came well packaged and was great. The cons is that instructions says you can cut it to fit to size but after cutting, the kids were complaining of sharp edges despite me trying to make it as smooth as possible. Not comfortable at all nor did it fit properly. Also, using hot water then molding right after was difficult as the product is hot and my kids did not want to put them in their mouths right after. Molding didn't take form either and often went back to it's original form. We decided it was too complicated to use. A purchase gone wrong.

I ordered this product when my child’s dentist told us they were grinding their teeth. Reviews were mixed but this seemed like the best option. I’m pleased with my purchase.Delivery was extremely fast. We had the mouth guards the same day.There are four guards and one storage container in the box. The guards come protected in individual bags.We didn’t have the issues other customers had with the molding process or fit. My child is 11 and we didn’t have to cut the product. When molding, we followed the instructions to the letter and it was easy to mold to their teeth. We didn’t quite get the right fit the first time and were able to remold the same guard.My child does have a pretty intense gag reflex and we were worried about how this would affect them but it has been a nonissue. They have been using this product nightly for a couple of weeks now and it’s worked perfectly.For the price, quality, and quantity this is a great product for your kids.
