Received delivery one day before the committed date from Amazon. I have bought this purifier for home use in Mumbai.After watching the manufacturer's installation videos on youtube I was able to install the purifier myself in 20 minutes.To be doubly sure , I called the customer care of Xpert Water Technologies, they have provided support on video call and confirm that installation is perfect. I was using Kent RO before this, due to unprofessional after sales service of Kent I have decided to change the purifier.I ended up spending more money in maintenance then the actual cost of Kent RO water purifier. Chasing company's technicians on weekends is a nightmare . This time I have done proper research before buying the purifier, I was looking for a purifier which provides me clean water and has simple technology so that I can do servicing myself once in three months. Since my need for a water purifier was for BMC water, RO was not required, hence two choices were there UV or UF. Budget was not the constraint for choosing the right purifier. After a lot of research on the internet and reading reviews of actual buyers/users I understood that both UF or UV will serve my purpose. Since UF membranes have longer life then the UV bulb, I have finalized ' Aqua Dove UF'. This purifier doesn't need electricity, that's an added advantage . Water tastes natural. Cons: If you are used to RO water then it will take some time for you to get habitual to test of Aqua dove water. During Monsoon you may smell of chlorine, it's not harmful though Last thing. The Pre Filter shown in my picture is not the part of Aqua Dove UF purifier.

Bad product.

Good product. Excellent support from seller. I had received a damaged filter candle and the seller promptly sent me a replacement candle with no follow up. Saved me from the headache of returning the item and follow up. Amazon team just does not support in any part replacement if the buyer is ok with it, it only supports full replacement, which is a long and tedious process if you want the item to start working quickly. Overall filter is good for home use. U will get black water from the activated carbon candle for first 3 hours and then the filter starts working fine. The outlet Valve though is of poor quality and does not hold high pressure,I had to throttle the inlet to ensure it holds. Still not connected the float valve provide free of cost to confirm it that works.

Got it delivered in well packed box. All accessories mentioned in Amazon are received. Filters water as expected Easy installation. You need to have 2 holes to fit this machine. Output is slow bcz it works on pipe water pressure. I'm collecting it in 20L storage tank and using it. You cant expect output taste as RO. As it doesn't reduce TDS. Sometimes you need a backup or secondary purifier. This can be that one. Cut off valve is not working fine for me, but thats okay. In this brand Aqua dove, You get another non electric purifier with storage tank and free filter. That cost around 3400/- This one costs 2750 + Pre filter 450 + Tank 200 = 3400 So you may choose that over this.

Very nice product for people who get water from muncipal corporation, cheap in price, water quality maintained however there is likage issue and the tap is low quality.

Waste of money.

It's a little bit of DIY. Some knowledge on water filtration is preferable. We need to fit the tap & inlet-outlet tubes ourselves. The product quality is good & price are very VFM. Checked all the installation videos before buying. It's very helpful. This filter does not necessarily reduce the TDS count. But the water taste does improve. Our water tap has around 300 TDS and after filtering it's hovering around 285, which is expected. A UV lamp purification or Copper Pot storage for 5+ hours is preferable before consuming the water.
