This supplement is advertised for helping with joint pain, but I actually use it to help grow out my hair. Little background story - after going through a horrendous hair loss journey (due to telogen effluvium from stress), I ended up losing about 70% of my hair. I was desperate to grow it back, and after doing research, I ended up discovering MSM supplements. The sulfer in this supplement helps with hair growth, which is an essential element to hair and is not naturally produced in our bodies. (I’m no doctor so research upon your own too). I also read that you should microdose when starting cause it could cause negative symptoms, which is what I did just to be safe. After a couple months of taking this supplement, I finally noticed some hair growth. Was it a coincidence? I don’t know but I feel like this supplement is what helped me with growing back my hair! Besides my hair, I’ve noticed my nails are also much stronger! That wasn’t something I was looking to improve but a great benefit I got from it :) My nails don’t break as easily when they grow out. Because of these benefits and function, I’ve been taking this supplement for years now and I even recommend it to friends and family. They say they’ve noticed positive changes after a couple months of taking it. As for size, it’s a large pill so it’s not really easy to take. The dosage is 2, which I used to take but I now take 1 a day. There is a slight bitter taste but it’s not too bad as long as you’re not letting it sit in your mouth. I been waiting to review this . The pills are large so be careful . I take two a day and no side effects . So far I feel great taking them , I started them in sept to help with my hair growth . My pixie has grown out soooooo much . I don’t get no aftertaste with them . The quality of the pills are fine . I do take these with my multi vitamin gummy and have no issues with mixing them . I will continue to use them for the next year on my hair journey .

I just took one every day in the morning. The taste is horrible, but if you eat it with food, it's no biggie. After just around two consistent weeks, I noticed that my nails are the thickest and strongest they've ever been! My skin also saw some minor improvements in more even coloration and smooth texture (I also spent more time in the sun for those two weeks, so idk which contributed more to that). Overall, energy levels were good, and it was quite effective for everything I took it for. I'd love to hear how it works for joint pain relief, too!

Everybody's like: "Ohh! these pills are so biig!!! Subtracting one star for the enormous size" So cut them. Pill cutters come as cheap as a couple bucks; "earth shattering" problem solved. Personally I don't have a problem with the size, but I'm up to a gram at one meal, and half a gram at the next meal and since each pill's a gram, I simply pull out the pill cutter & there you go. Now, will this good news fade in time, will problems arise with my taking MSM? Maybe, but for right now, color me delighted. -L.

I had heard that MSM works wonders for the hair, skin, and nails. I am mainly supplementing it for hair growth and health. I took MSM in highschool in conjunction with bamboo extract silica, maintaining a healthy diet, and washing my hair only every 5-7 days. My hair was SO long and healthy. Since then I’ve neglected by health so I’m trying to reimplement some better habits and supps. I’ve been taking two pills 2x per day. It works best when taken with vitamin C. I take it with a multivitamin that contains vitamin C however I may try with lemon water/orange juice instead to see if that makes a difference. Since adding this to my regimen, I’ve been breaking out horribly and I do not have acne prone skin. I’ve read that acne and headaches may occur if you’re not drinking enough water or start with too high of a dose. Others have had success with starting at a low dose and gradually increasing it so I will give that a try and update my review! I have had hair growth as tons of baby hairs have grown already. I wasn’t expecting a change so soon but it’s very obvious! It should be noted that I am also taking silica and multivitamins so those may also be part of my success.

I had a hard time swallowing it as its bigger than expected. However, my knee aside from taking this supplement seemed better than before. Hope it will be the same or healed completely during the winter season. thank you.

people this is the best online purchase i have ever done.I bought this because i researced a lot and found that MSM is helpful in eliminatinf recurring UTIs.However i will update the review in this regard after using it for long time.I used it for my joint pain as soon as i received it.My right knee joint was so stiff and painful that i was unable to walk straight after getting out from bed in the morning and couldnt even straighten it after sitting for a prolonged period of time. so first day i took half of this tablet and voila i was no longer limoing.second day half and third day full tablet and yes i was functioning normally again.I aslo didnt have any side effect as other reviewers have suffered. I would recommend this to other buyers also.will update the review regarding the other thing i have mentioned after long term use.
