Good one. My leg cramps have reduced to great extend. Earlier I was not able to sleep at all due to leg cramps. Massaging this oil before sleep gives a good relief and comparitively lower cramps.

Oil is good

This product seems dubious and questionable in quality. I am not even sure if the seller has refilled the bottles with some liquid and put it up for sale. It is NOT OIL by any stretch of imagination, has a water like consistency and seems like a cheap glycerine mixed with water. Never ever am I touching this ever again, no help with sleep or relaxation whatsoever.
