Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum or Cinnamomum zeylanicum), native to Sri Lanka, is also known as “true cinnamon.” Owing to its vast medicinal values, cinnamon, as both bark and oil, has become a prominentingredient in traditional medicines, especially Ayurveda (the traditional Asian medicinal system). Now it is being used worldwide by holistic healers for treating a variety of health disorders including respiratory problems, skin infections, blood impurity, menstruation problems, heart disorders, etc.

True Ceylon Cinnamon at a great price
Hey, this is the real stuff - not the harsh, hot cassia that is called cinnamon in the grocery store with the hard bark that needs a chainsaw to grind up! These sticks are thin, the delicious, sweet cinnamon you get elsewhere in the world, just takes a coffee grinder to create fresh, tasty cinnamon powder for cooking, flavoring your coffee or tea, and for health (several friends use true cinnamon to treat their diabetes!). The sticks keep forever almost.I think this company is also importing turmeric and other spices soon.
