Nice product.Go for it.
Chair is good.But had issue with the hydraulics as there is no manual provided with it. Need to remove the cap on the hydraulic rod to make it work properly.Reassembled the chair and now its working fine.

Poor Quality Product
- The packing of the product when it arrived was shabby and torn at several places- The chair itself looked old with scratches on the body- The plastic frame of the back rest was cracked- The chair backrest adjustment switch was missing

It's just an OK product.
The first time I got a broken product which was promptly exchanged, which I really appreciate. The chair seat is plywood and therefore not very sturdy as the molded plastic seats. It is wobbly to sit on. Secondly, the cover of the pneumatic rod which makes the chair go up and down was not received. The overall built quality is just OK.

Value for money, trustworthy brand
The chair is amazing, especially for the price tag. It's sturdy, and easy to assemble, I spent exactly 5 minutes to assemble. There was no issue in delivery even though I had ordered it for a remote area. Will buy it again

Good chair
Quality of the chair is good ( 1 st time when I ordered it came damaged- surely because of handling in transport , so I asked for replacement again damgeed a bit les then before - I got it repaired outsid ) so suggesting to do better' packaging so that product is not damaged.- chair is value for 💰 money . Go for it.

Best Quality Chair
The chair is amazing and best quality under the budget. The sitting is comfortable and caster wheel working very smoothly. I am writing this reveiw after usage of more than 1.5 months.

No warranty
Considering cost, product is OK and can be bought but there are many issues in warranty, seller claims it to be under warranty but once sold there are no direct connect with seller. Hence be prepared not to get warranty if something goes wrong.
