Instant Keto MCT Coffee with Creamer and Collagen

I workout 3 times a week and trying as much as I can to do intermittent fasting. The only downside of my diet journey was that I couldn’t they off my coffee addiction in the morning. My routine coffee involves the whole 9 yards: coffee, creamer and sugar. This became a hindrance to me losing weight.I was constantly looking for alternatives but most of the suggestion involves black coffee with no sugar. Then I came across this. I was hesitant to try it at first because Im not a fan of anything with the word “keto” on it because I felt that it would be bitter in taste. Surprisingly, it tastes good! I should have tried it earlier and took the risk of letting go of my usual coffee and tried this instead.

I like the consistency of the coffee. And I like that it comes in sachet. I can just put it in my bag and bring it to my workplace. So hard to resist coffee when you're on keto. Soooo glad I found this. I guess I can definitely stay on keto forever! Hahah!

I love this coffee gives me the boost I need and with them being in small packets makes it easy for me to slip one in my purse and even keep one in my desk drawer just in case I forget to grab one before I head to work

Good product for keto on the run and vacations. But the flavor is weak and the quantity of collagen and mct probably does very little to help you meet your goals. Also let’s face it is an expensive as hell cup of small coffee. When I have the time I make my own bulletproof coffee with all the goodies but this I travel with and leave in my lunch bag for those days when I don’t have the time.

A good alternate to making your own coffee bomb.

I love the taste, not too strong! Its perfect for the morning! It helps with losing weight too!! Jump starts my day!!!

I tried one packet in 8 oz of water and it tasted very weak. I added a second packet plus more sweetener, collagen and MCT oil and I could drink it but the coffee flavor was still very light. I would return if I could! I had been drinking BioCoffee and adding MCT and collagen, so I had hoped this would have everything included for travel but I was wrong!
