DoubleBike storage rack
The bike stand was easily assembled, but I am not able to get two adult bikes on it. The stand probably works better with one adult and one child's bike as shown in the photo.

Modifications
The bike rack works. It can be put together as is in about 15 to 30 minutes. Fairly simple installation and the 2 tools (small wrench & a hex key) is included in the kit. It's probably not the sturdiest bike rack, but most of the weight is pushing it down so balance is the key. With the base size on this rack, it should keep from tipping. I tried tipping it and it would need to lean quite a bit before it falls over. The one issue I had were the attachment arms. It comes with 8 arms. Each arm has 2 pieces that snap together. They are made of plastic. I've read other reviews on other sites from some that say it broke off. To be proactive, I re-enforced the arms with metal straps with 2 screws each. That should keep them from breaking in the first place.I use it to put 1 40 pound cruiser bike and 1 35 pound mountain bike on the bottom. 1 35 pound mountain bike, and a 30 pound bmx boys bike on top. Seems to hold well. Keep the heaviest bikes on bottom to weigh down the rack. No additional weights should be necessary.

cheap and cheaply made, but works
The rack isn't exactly rock-solid. The way it's held together with 8 bolts, it wobbles when you grasp the vertical bars and wiggle them in opposite directions. The sloppy welds at the base of the vertical bars are barely covered up by the paint. However, although the arms for holding the bikes are plastic, they're actually clever and do their job surprisingly well. With careful positioning, I'm able to hang 4 full-sized bikes on it, and it works. It would be nice if some velcro ties or bungie cords were included with the rack to keep front wheels from flopping over to one side. I'll probably also add some pipe insulation as cushioning to keep crank arms from making contact with the rack.
