ATX Power Supply Adapter, ATX 24 Pin to 18 Pin Adapter - Professional Stable Mainboard Accessories - for HP Z620/Z420(30cm,as Picture Show)

I have an HPZ230 workstation. This has a sneaky HP proprietary motherboard with an 18 pin motherboard connector. However with the use of this well made 24 to 18 pin converter, I was able to use a Corsair CM850 PSU along with a Gigabyte Radeon 7970ghz edition. Of course HP also make it difficult to actually secure the PSU in the case, so this required thinking outside the box.The adapter is well made with good thick cables and heat resistant sheathing in the thicker segments that carry the current well. I strongly recommend to buy this, if you don't want to be forced to purchase an HP PSU for crazy money.
