Not what I was hoping for.
Very simplistic. I ordered this based on the reviews, and incorrectly assumed it was written by a neuroscientist, MD or a therapist (ie a professional expert on the subject), but the author is none of these. He seems to be an average citizen with ADHD offering advice from his own personal experience and research. I was hoping for more.

Absolutely useless. Don’t buy!
I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. If you are looking for helpful advice for ADHD really don’t bother with this book. It is next to useless. You can find far more information by doing a simple internet search. A complete waste of money at best and at worst some of the stuff written is simply uninformed.
