Such cute product but not packed properly in the hardbox ......edge was broken......it is made plywood....still they ship it hard box.....like in my case it was just packed in the normal poly plastic bag and edge got broken......well I have requested for replacement......waiting for response!

Final review
Very happy with it and surely I'll order more. Everyone please go ahead and use atleast one in your home. This is the least we can do for our environment. One request to Petnest, please improve your packaging.
