Still trying to get used to. However my hip pain seems to be less.

Yeah, my title above is a little different. I sleep on my side about 90% of the time, and found this pillow fit very comfortably between my knees, but I move around way too much in my sleep, so upon waking I often found this pillow off to the side where the dog was using it to rest his head. But I found an excellent use for the pillow...My husband came home from the hospital with strict instructions to elevate his foot. The standard pillow didn't work out well because, inevitably, he would end up with the standard pillow against the leg instead of on it. So I gave him my pillow and now, because of the shape of the pillow, he is able to keep that leg elevated and the heal off the bed or couch (depending on where he is sitting. This became the perfect thing for him.Design-wise, this is solidly built, but you can feel a memory foam feel to it. It has a nice tight zip cover that you can remove for washing. It is so perfectly lined up in the zip off case that I doubted that I would be able to get it back on just right, so I covered it with a small pillow case; we can still enjoy the shape of the pillow without worrying about removing the cover to wash it.This is a super nice pillow. If you're sleeping with an ordinary pillow between your knees (or under your foot), you'll love this pillow.

The picture I included is to show the size of the pillow--and yes, you can tell I've been using it for a while. Because I've had multiple hip surgeries and have terrible osteoarthritis, I needed something that would give me more relief than a simple body pillow. I was a bit nervous to try this at first, but as soon as I began using it, I noticed a significant relief that I can only describe as "everything felt right." I don't always sleep with this pillow--sometimes I just lounge with it during the day, but it's there when I need it. I'm thankful that Anbocare wrapped the core with cool gel, otherwise, the foam would be too warm. And the removable pillowcase is a nice thing to have too--no one wants something they can't wash! I will tell you that this pillow was rather firm when I first got it, but now that I've had it for a while, it yields to my knees but does not go flat. I read that some people were complaining about the little zipper hurting their legs--that has not been an issue for me. I've had no problems with this pillow of any kind, so I'd highly recommend giving it a try. And did I mention it's affordable? Huge plus!

I wanted this to work so badly, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I have been sleeping with a regular pillow between my legs to alleviate back pain, but my regular pillow wouldn’t stay in place during sleep. This pillow stayed in place well, but caused my feet to go numb. I even tried adjusting the pillow and woke up again with my feet feeling completely numb. Maybe for me, it puts too much space between my legs and is not aligning my spine properly.On a positive note, the pillow seems to be well-constructed and durable and was not uncomfortable between my legs. It also did not make me hot at all. I just couldn’t stand my feet going numb.It seems to work for many others, so maybe it can work for you.

I ordered two knee pillows. My thought was to try them and keep the best one. Well, I am keeping them both. One came with a carry case. This will be used when traveling. My doctor recommended I use a knee pillow to help relieve my back pain. The pillow works fantastic and I love the fact that one came with a carry case perfect for travel. I have always been very happy with my Amazon purchases!

Bought one for my husband who had knee surgery and it helped him a lot. So I bought one for myself because of back pain. They work great however the zipper is on the edge and you feel it when sleeping and turning leaves a mark on my leg. Worst part is they are washable but once I took it off and washed it today the zipper no longer works on either of them. So velcro would be much better.

I love the knee pillow. I was not sure I would like trying to roll over during the nights sleep, but is was very easy. The fit is great, just large enough to work perfectly, but not be in the way. I roll over a lot during my sleep. The pillow rolls with me very easily. I had some hip issues and this helped over night. I am not sure about durability, I have only had this pillow about 4 weeks.

Maybe it’s me, but this pillow isn’t comfortable at all. It’s rock hard! Also, the zipper from the cover constantly jabs into whichever leg it is touching. It doesn’t at all mold to my legs, and I’ve slept worse unfortunately since buying it. Good concept, but I have to return it. Just not for me. On the positive side, it seems durable and would work well for elevating a leg after an injury while lying on your back.
