Turned my daughter into a tiny tinker bell.

Not lime and not for newborns
Bought as a gift for my new niece to go with an outfit. Not the same green color as shown in the picture. More of like a leprechaun green instead of a lime color. And I don't ever see how it would fit a newborn. Unless they were 30+ pounds. It falls off my 3 year old who is 35lbs. Oh well I guess we will have it for dress up.
