Blooming Darling Vol. 1 (Yaoi Manga) Kindle & comiXology

I adore this couple first introduced in "Love and Trap". Takashi and his boyfriend/manager go through various challenges. Takashi is sexually inexperienced, and Manager is only interested in keeping Takashi within groping range. Manager wins when he talks his boyfriend into moving in. Takashi learns how to communicate with his boyfriend. They celebrate birthdays. Deal with admirers. Meet co-worker Ryou's boyfriend, who is another strange one and the couples go on an odd company trip. Ryou is maybe dense but he understands how to keep a relationship going as he is in a happy relationship himself. His advice to his boss and co-worker is right on target each time. Don't miss the extra after the author's note.

The couple meets in the 3rd story of  Love and Trap (Yaoi Manga)  and I am surprised that the writer chose this one to continue with as it was the weakest story of the three. I was proved right when this first one of an obvious series does not hold my interest much. The artwork is good, as is this mangaka's trademark but there is nothing much in terms of plot. Just the usual uke reluctant with sex and uncomfortable with the relationship and yet feels rejected when the seme ignores him. The second couple provides some laughs but not enough to salvage the common plot. Would be more interesting if the mangaka gives us more on the characters' background. Without it the characters are just typical and nothing memorable.

Lovely art, good characters, but absolutely nothing else that makes it stand out over any other yaoi manga. The relationship is already established and there seems to be a short prequel on how they got together in Love and Trap. This is basically just simple events of a newly established couple and how they slowly get comfortable with each other, though more accurately how Takashi (the uke) gets comfortable with Haruhiko and his straightforwardness. I probably won't get the second volume.Technical Issues:Images had low resolution and sometimes the small text was impossible the read even enlarged on the iPad.

Many yaoi mangas start out with two boys or men being friends or whatever. As the story goes along the two guys find that the like between them is much more then just friends. After the two guys figure this out they usually fight or something then the much anticipated sex scene or scenes finally happen. Manga finished.This manga starts where the other yaoi mangas left off. Which for me is great, I love it! The two guys are already a couple and just getting to really know each other. A good amount of sex scenes and the art is perfect.

CUTE CUTE CUTE story, very funny! Would definetly recommend to anyone looking for a cute BL manga to read. This mangaka definetly has their stuff down pat!

I simply love this author. The story was fantastic and something that should definitely be read. I enjoyed this one so much.

Yamamoto sensei awesomeness. I wish there was a digital version of honto yaju too these are some of my fave mangas.
