I was introduced to inner-eco a few years ago and I find it to be one of the most beneficial probiotics on the market. I have had stomach issues my entire adult life and although I still go through bouts of issues, this has kept me regular the majority of the time. It has 100 billion active probiotic cultures in it, which is more than any other product I've seen on the market. If you are considering probiotics, consider this one first. I prefer the berry flavor, but all three are good. I don't like the taste of coconut, which is good, because I don't taste coconut in this product and I am very particular about taste- especially in liquid form. It is slightly fizzy and you take a small amount, making it totally bearable. Once you've been taking it for a bit you grow a liking to the taste and actually enjoy taking it. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I follow it with a tall glass of water to start the day.This product is good for anyone who 1) wants to give probiotics a try 2) has stomach issues and is looking to get regular 3) has tried other probiotics with little noticeable benefits. My advice is to start with half the regular dose for 3 to 7 days (depending on how your stomach is to begin with). If you have stomach issues to begin with, half the dose for a week and then work your way up so it isn't a shock to your system. You may get excess gas or cramping if you take too much. If you are taking it on a regular basis and you go on antibiotics or you get sick, try taking more than the normal dose and then go back to the regular dose.People mentioned that it is expensive on Amazon. Keep in mind that it has to be kept refrigerated and therefor the shipping costs are $20. At WFM and Wegmans it is $15.99 per bottle, plus tax. I like to buy more than one because I don't want to run out. One bottle lasts the average person one month. Usually the expiration dates go out anywhere from 4 to 8 months when I've bought it in the store. If more than one person is taking it in your household, buying six bottles at a time is not a ton. It lasts my husband and I 3 months. So I don't think that spending $116 (including tax and shipping) on Amazon is bad, given the convenience factor and the fact that you know that it is "in stock". Sometimes at the store you can't purchase 6 bottles at a time because they may only stock 3 of each flavor. Sometimes they are completely out of stock! Knowing the stomach issues I've had, I would gladly pay a few extra bucks to ensure that I don't run out or stop taking it. The few times I did stop taking it I had major issues and had to go back to square one. I'm not sure why the tropical flavor seems to be so much more expensive on Amazon. ??

I started using inner-eco about two months ago. I didn't read the instructions so I started taking more than the directions recommend. I took a swig out of the bottle a couple of times a day. I take a drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and another sip after I get home from work before I start making dinner. The two things I have noticed since I started using inner eco are; 1. I had been having little aches in my stomach off and on ever since I had my gall bladder removed three years ago. Those pains very rarely happen now. 2. I'm not hungry in between meals. I used to be famished when I get home from work and would usually graze the whole time I was making dinner. Now, I take a swig of inner-eco as soon as I get home and I don't feel like eating until dinner time. I don't know if it is supposed to be doing these things but it is for me. Also, another weird thing, I stopped biting my fingernails. I didn't try to stop, it just isn't appealing to me anymore. Once again I dont know if this was due to inner eco, but I have been biting my fingernails for about 50 years so this is very hard to explain.

I bought this at Whole Foods and have been taking it for nearly a week, so perhaps it has not had a chance to really take effect. It tastes good but is so fizzy that I have indigestion the rest of the day. I also noticed that I’m not as regular as I was. I’m really hoping it starts to level out and will work well for me. (I’m a 35 year old female).

I read the great reviews on amazon for the inner ico probiotic so I tried the berry version. Tastes great and I used it over 4 days unlike the recommended teap or tbsp per day. Can't say that I noticed any effects from it. Maybe I just am in such poor shape or good shape as the case may be that it didn't do for me what some say it does. I may try another bottle as I am sure it is good for me.

Great product, mission based, great price via Amazon and the other stores considering average is over hundred billion per tablespoon 30 serving bottle! Great for kids if they're funny about the taste you can mix it with yogurt or juice. Open carefully! Make sure the product is cold upon receiving it from Amazon. Otherwise it would be compromised, must stay cold.
