Doesn't lose its shape and my neck has not been painful since I got it.

I ordered one of these pillows which isn’t cheap because it was not supposed to go flat when you laid on it, well on the first night it separated in two halves and dipped in the middle no matter which position you laid on it,I am thoroughly disappointed with this pillow, I am a pensioner and can’t afford to waste good money on something with so much hype which does not live up to its claims, I could have spent my money on something useful.

It’s the second time I’ve bought one of these pillows! The pillow is very supportive due to the way it’s made but is also very soft and moulds to your head and neck.

Frankly I’m disappointed with the pillow after high hopes of it seemingly being perfect for my needs. After only a few weeks of use, it has gone quite flat in the middle third and now feels quite hard. I weigh 16 st 4 lb so it isn’t as if I’m a huge person.

Have had better nights sleep since bought this. Do struggle with ome of my pillowcases o it though.
