I really like this. So much easier to use than my nettie pot! Really helps flush out my sinus' and keep them moist as I live in the desert and my nose gets very dry. I highly recommend this to people with allergies and sinus problems! Will definitely be purchasing again but from Costco as the 3 pack is so much of a better price!

This is my favorite nasal mist. The best applicator top produces a fine mist that’s easier to get up into your sinuses. Very comfortable to use. Best nozzle, angles just right, so no waste or discomfort. Cheaper,products shoot large gobs of water up your nose, this you can hardly feel. Some other brands you have to squeeze the bottle so hard it’s uncomfortable to use. This is a metal bottle with a fine aerosol mist nozzle-sprayer on the top

I started using this for my child, when they were an infant, years 7 years ago. It didn't burn and kept the sinuses from getting stopped up, whether healthy or at the onset of a virus. Our pediatrician commented, that our child had "never" had an ear infection for over 8 years, which is pretty rare. I mentioned this product and the fact that we kept using the vitamin A/C/D, that the pediatrician suggested. Viruses tend to congregate in the sinus cavity and grow, so this product takes care of that. Now, we use this product ourselves, whenever we feel the first sign of sinus congestion, to ward off that kind of virus. Great Product!!

My doctor recommended saline spray because I use Oxygen and it can be very drying to your nasal passages and sinus. Leading to a lot of congestion and nosebleeds also.I wanted to find a saline spray that didn't have a bunch of additives or preservatives just purified water and salt as was suggested to me. Simply saline fit that need being that it is made by Arm and Hammer a brand I trust for cleaning and baking helped me choose this brand.Although some reviews made me wonder. Thankfully my product arrived without any problems of being opened , outdated, and didn't leak in shipping. I am sorry those reviewers had those experiences. As this product works very well.The nozzle is a lot different from the squirt bottles I have used in the past. This delivers a fine mist (pushing part way down) that doesn't run out or back down your throat. A stream can be achieved by pushing all the way down to use like a netty pot.I will definitely purchase this product again!

I use this stuff a lot! Living in the Northeast especially in winter, the sinuses dry out. I just am in the habit of using it 2-3 times everyday and since I've been doing that (2-3 years) I have not had ONE sinus infections.

Wouldn't consider this product "Giant Sized" when it contains 4.5 oz. Ocean Spray holds 6 oz. Was unable to use the product initially because it arrived with a broken tip and therefore would not compress. This item is not eligible for return for some unknown reason. Replacement order arrived and despite poor package protection this arrived intact. Very hard to compress for mist release compared to ocean spray especially if you have arthritic fingers!

Winter in New England results in use of heating systems that create dry conditions in homes and businesses. Using humidifiers, as I do, is helpful, but internal nasal dryness can create an atmosphere for germs. Additionally, I have Sjogrens Syndrome, which creates dry membranes, eyes, nose, mouth, etc. I have found that regular use of Simply Saline moisturizer spray keeps my nose from becoming uncomfortably dry, and results in fewer nasal infections. It also helps one wean from Afrin-type nasal sprays, which I use only when needed. I employ the Simply Saline spray twice in each nostril, blow nose to release any dried particles, then 1 spray more each nostril. I follow with two inhalations each nostril of Benzedrex Nasal Decongestant, a dry product like a Vicks but better. Most days now I use the Simply Saline and Benzedrex morning and night, no longer dependent upon Afrin. I save it for pollen allergy seasons now.

I have been using a corticosteroid nasal spray and also a prescription nasal spray for a few years now and didn't realize that they were both causing undesirable side effects until it was too late to avoid them. The corticosteroids nasal spray caused problems with my blood pressure (too low) and the prescription nasal spray was drying the inside of my nose very badly. I was having a nose bleed every morning and my tissues were quite tender. Long story short~~~ I quit using them all together and started using "Simply Saline" a few times a day. What a relief!!! My passages are pretty clear and the soreness in my nose is gone. I am not saying that the passages are totally clear every hour of the day, but "pretty clear" is good enough for me. I can sleep all night without having to blow my nose or spray anything into my nose. This is such a relieving product for me and I am so glad that I don't use the prescription sprays any longer. No more side effects and a very big savings on my prescription bills each month. I am so glad I found this product and love the large size. I will be using this daily now and am so glad for the comfort it gives to my nose!!!
