Works great, easy to take

I love this product because I have constipation and this helps me a lot, at first when using it it gives you a little pain, it helps you to get everything off your body, then it no longer hurts, you have to take it after every meal and at the end of the day before going to bed you take magnesium citrate from the same store .

Excelente producto, hace más o menos un año mi estreñiento había empeorado 4 dias sin poder hacer del cuerpo lo que me llevó a tomar laxantes y por último enemas lo cual me preocupo. Investigando llegue a este producto y ha sido una bendición; comencé con 3 pastillas pero no me funcionó subí la dosis a 5 y fue increíble al día siguiente fui al baño sin problemas así dure una semana con la misma dosis, luego disminuí a 4 pastillas. Este es mi segundo pedido y tomo 3 pastillas al día y ya no tengo estreñimiento.
