The Harvest Gold lentils are delicious! They have a mild, almost nutty flavor that goes well with nearly anything. The lentils cook quickly too. I cook them, return them to the pot, and then season them with a bit of butter, olive oil, milk, cumin, paprika, salt, tiny amount of sugar, and curry. I will be purchasing these for a long time. I am especially pleased that these are grown in the USA on a family farm. Fantastic!

These lintils are exactly as described- mild, nutty and delicious. They cook very quickly and can turn to mush if you aren't careful.Too expensive to purchase more than once every now and then, but was worth it to me. Ill purchase again for sure.
