Silky Hosiery Women's 4-Strap Wide Lace Suspender Belt

I'm a size eight, with my hips being ~36" at their widest. Given that most of that 36" isn't sexy muscle, even garter belts that say "36" give me muffin top. This one (size L) doesn't. Here's how it breaks down.From top to bottom, the lace is six inches wide.In the back, it hooks together with eight hook and eye closures.There are three columns of "eyes," so you can choose how tight you want it. I use the middle one.But there are two things that make this garter belt so perfect for women who have to deal with muffin top:1. The elastic isn't that tight. It's tight enough to hold the belt in place, but it seems to *actually use* the size of your hips to anchor it. It covers them completely and rests right above them, using your hips like a shelf (which doesn't sound sexy, but trust me, it's the perfect camouflage). Between that and the elastic waist, you're good to go. It's not digging *into* you, but it's also not going anywhere.2. The elastic isn't the very top of the garter - it's actually a little below - which means that the very, very minimal bulge you get when you close this thing is covered up by the lace above the elastic, rendering it totally unnoticeable. And when I say "very, very minimal bulge," I mean the almost nonexistent one. Even if the elastic didn't have the lace above it, I'd be completely satisfied with this purchase.I'll be getting a few just to have as backup. That's how great they are.

I'm 5'5 weight 150 lbs and I ordered them in a large. Little too big. A medium would have been perfect but I'm still in love with it!

I love it. It's adjustable and looks great. I'm wearing it clasps forward in the picture so you can see them. I'm 5'6", size 12, hourglass figure, and I bought a large. It sits without being stretched or tight. Perfect.

These arrived on time. I wear a M/L dress size 10 or small 12. I am 5'7" 155 pounds. I ordered a medium and it falls off of me. It's really soft though. I made some minor alterations and now it fits great. My advice would be to buy a size down.

Aesthetics: The suspender belt itself is beautiful. The lace is wide, and I think that any black underwear you wear with it will look nice.Fit: I am 5'6 160 lbs, and I got a medium. I carry most of my weight in my stomach and love handles, and the belt doesn't feel that tight. It fits well, but I feel like I almost could have gotten a small.Functionality: The clips at the bottom of the strap are very difficult to attach to thigh highs. Granted, the thigh highs that I have DO have elastic at the top, but I believe most people will have trouble attaching the clips to the belt. It is a catch 22, because the elastic does make it harder to fasten the clips, but you need the elastic, because the straps aren't really holding up the stockings. Even with the straps tightened as short as possible, they are still too long to hold the thigh highs up. I'm 5'6, so maybe on a taller girl? But if you look at the picture, you can see that the thigh highs are barely above the knee, and the straps are pretty long. Most skirts that I wear hit mid thigh, so I need my belt to hold the tights up HIGHER than this belt does. Basically, you can wear the garter belt out, but it seems likely that the clips may come undone.Value: It is worth $15. You could wear it out, and it is a nice design. It's just difficult to attach to thigh highs.Summary: Very pretty design, but difficult to attach to stockings. Also, probably will not hold stockings up high enough. Have not worn it out anywhere yet, but I'm going to give it a try and see if the clips detach while I am wearing it.

The description says "Large Fits Hips 34"-38" Inches", so, naturally, having a hip measurement of 39" but also being in denial about it, I went with a large, instead of the recommended XL. It fits... sort of. It's REALLY loose! Being so loose, it's kind of hard to hook the fasteners and I definitely think it will start to fall down if I wear it for an extended period of time. The lace is very stretchy... I could have easily gone with the medium, maybe even a small if it were available. I'm kind of disappointed. I know $13 ain't much money but I had to wait SO LONG for it to get to me, only to find out that there's a good chance I'll need to buy something else.

Bought these for my girl, ordered White they came black. Contacted seller they said they would not need to be returned but they would send the right color. They sent white, she had both pairs. First the. Lack ones broke then the white. The plastic ring broke on the black pair, the elastic button broke on the white pair. Both made in China. Not worth the money or the aggravation!

This is a great garter belt! I should have ordered a size larger, but it still works just fine. I am 5'10" and 200lbs and ordered the Medium as per the size chart and to be sure that it would stay up. The top pushes into my stomach just a little, but not too badly. Otherwise, very comfortable, stretchy, and has the great eyes and hooks for closure. I think I broke one of the clips when I was trying to buckle on stockings, so I wasn't able to wear it for an event, but it is overall a great product!
