The product came as agreed. Quality and fit were perfect and easily installed in 10 min. top!! Only one suggestion would make this product rate a 5 star, no question!! My suggestion would be as follows: We found that the only thing we'd want would be better "drainage". This is Florida, summer = rain, most afternoons, which cools us down. The Gazebo cover, seems to want to hold water and on all four sides, after a short honeymoon period, start to sag, holding the water, which we try to gently poke with a broom or other gentle devises to get the water off the outer side sagging reservoirs. Usually, a couple of areas are holding water separately, suggesting the need for perhaps two (2) drainage openings per side, reinforced to avoid fabric tears. If there were a "drainage kit" to attach to these areas prone to holding water, without deluges of drainage soaking those seated or standing in the area. I'm not an engineer, but I do feel that we would not have a problem to pass at least a part of the cost for this "option" to those blessed with our much needed rain to cool us and also water our landscapes. We're not talking rocket science, but it would put your product at the top among your peers in this regard. Thanks for listening, gratefully yours, Stu & Carolyn Macdade.

This was a replacement for a Gazebo I purchased 10 years ago. It was a little big, but it looked nice. The problem is, maybe since it is a little too big for my Gazebo, but when it rained, the rain wouldn't fall off but gather in a pocket. The last rainstorm we had, the rain gathered so much, it broke my Gazebo. If you purchase this, I would suggest you remove it when you know it is going to rain.

Already fading after only a couple weeks. I had to add grommets to all 4 corners and added gromets around the lower base of all 4 sides so that I could pull it taunght. It has rained a couple times and it is better now that I have added the grommets to keep the rain from puddling. For the cost I'm happy but everything obviously can't be great. Sitting under right now enjoying the summer sunset.

Top has faded quickly

I purchased the red cover. Big mistake. Within a month it looked faded and more pink than red. We had our last cover for 6 years. I am going to have to replace this one in the spring.

Just what we needed...is over our hot tub on the patio...no more leaves falling in to be cleaned out!!!

While strictly speaking this is 10'x10' it fit my frame poorly and captured pools of rain. I had to stretch it to the lowest levels of the frame which gave it a deformed look. It is functional yet unsightly.

Great quality, a little big but will be great. Thank for the speedy delivery. My gazebo is 9x9 and it is 10x10. But still fine.
