Some Actual Data
Since the pack contains 0.1 uF (104) and 100 nF (104), which are essentially the same thing, I decided to test the whole set. First of all, I had 70 pieces (instead of the advertised 30+30). Mine came in small sealed bags with no possibility of a mix-up. All of them had a Vloss < 0.3 and an ESR around 3 ohms. The measured capacitance was between 92 and 110, -8% to +10%, with an average of 102 and a standard deviation of 4.4. The tolerance is definitely not less than +/- 5% but I can definitely find 29 “good” capacitors I needed out of the 70 they sold me to finish my project. For a hobbyist, this is perfect. The voltage tolerance is not specified but they do ‘work’ at 9 volts.

great collection
it's a great collection of little caps to have around. you never know when you need one, or a few, of different values, and it's better than keeping a ton of each value/voltage around. i use these for experimentation, or in a pinch. if i need 100 of something, i order those, after i figure out exactly what i need.

Great value
leads are plenty heavy enough for bread boarding, All parts I've check the measured values were all well within spec. Well organized case! My parts bin was getting pretty depleted, and this really did a good job at replenishment !

Ok quality so far
Could be 5 stars. Two capacitor values are identical, one given in uF, one in pF. Same value. Only used a few so far, but they work so far.

Buy them! BUT there are not 24 different values...
I love these, they do what I need and work like they should. I have ZERO complaints! BUY THEM. However, 100nF is the same as 0.1uF, so there are actually only 23 different values. But that's ok, this means you get double the quantity of 0.1uF :)NOTE:This isn't the sellers fault at all, but shipping was rough for me, so some values are completely inside another values bin. For future purchases there should be something added inside to stop the parts from transferring.

Like the parts in a kit
No issues with the parts would recommend if you do electronics work.

Poor arrangement of capacitance values
Beware: The supplier uses a strange way to organize the capacitance values in the box. Even the list of capacitance values on this page might leave you confused. In the plastic box, the lowest value (smallest value) goes into a compartment near the upper-right. When you get to the value at the lower-right corner, the next highest value is in the upper-left corner. I used a marker to separate the pico, nano, and micro Farad sections on the organization chart. Also, the value in the bottom-right corner is the same as that in the upper-left corner: 0.1 uF (104) = 100 nF (104).
