I have fibromyalgia and suffer with some lower back pain that ended up causing sciatica.I have heard about these before and had one without the strap and struggled to get any benefits with it.In despirarion, I purchased this one and coupled it with some chiropractor treatments.With this, I'm firstly more comfortable so I fall asleep quicker. Secondly, I wake up less stiff, has kept the sciatica away, and even my knees feel better.I have quite large thighs and the strap isn't at all tight. It stretches quite a bit so if you're a bigger girl like me, this will still fit.I wouldn't go without one now.I do wish it was a bit more firm as it does start to flatten a bit as the night goes on, but that's normal for memory foam. However, as I said above it's done wonders so that's negligible.

I loved my knee pad, best thing I have bought!I loved the fact that it had the cover for it on the knee cushion supplied and also it had a spare cover for it which was a different colour, so you get a choice. It came in a zip bag so you have somewhere to store your cushion when not being used. It is easy to use and stays in place when I am sleeping and when you roll over it goes with you. I have Hemochromatosis which affect my joints and the difference this has made to my joints is brilliant.

I've got osteo arthritis in my hips, which can make it really hard to find a position in bed that isn't painful. I hoped putting this between my knees would reduce the stress on my hips, but as others have said, the foam in the narrowest part, that sits between your knees, compresses down to about 50mm. so the effect is marginal (and I'm not particularly heavy).Sadly, due to the specific areas of damage in my worst hip (ie on the outer edge), using the knee pillow actually makes it more uncomfortable as it pushes the ball joint into an area where there's no cartilage, and I've found that sleeping almost on my stomach is the most comfortable position for me. Oddly, I've found if put a normal plump cushion under my rubbish hip (lying on my stomach) and using the knee pillow under my foot, this gets my body in a position which stresses my hip least and is reasonably bearable, so it's not completely wasted money.This is a good quality product of its type, but just didn't quite work for me in the way you'd expect.

I bought this hoping it would give me a bit of relief for lower back pain which wakes me up every single night so much so i was taking painkillers. I cant believe the diference it has made ( & i never write reviews) very comfortable & since receiving it have not wakened with any back pain Simple but effective would highly recommend ( i have no mechanical back issues so not sure if it would work for people with those issues )

I had a trapped nerve in my pelvis and this finally allowed for me to get some sleep. It honestly does help alleviate the pain. The trapped nerve has now gone but I still sleep using this as it's really comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

This knee pillow is fab! The foam leaves a good amount of room, its not too thick or too thin. I like that it comes with a strap so it doesn't move around as much, although it can be slightly irritating when I want to sleep on my other side and have to switch what leg its on but other than that its very comfortable, the cover is so soft! And it came with a spare pink cover which is nice.

Bought to help with lower back pain. I would say it helps a little but has not cured my sleep issues. It is comfortable to use and I have no issues using the elasticated strap. The spare cover is useful. I had a problem with the first one I ordered but I have to say the seller was very helpful and the issue was sorted really quickly.

Bought this as I have arthritis in my knee and hip which was causing me to have broken sleep due to the pain.Since I've started wearing this at night my sleeping pattern has improved greatly, to the extent I'm now sleeping better than I have in the last couple of years.Doesn't take the pain away completely but has made a big difference to my nights sleep.
