The media could not be loaded. Bought this one for my father and the product turns out to be better than expected. The roller is sturdy , easy to use, easy to assemble, light in weight and targets those hard to reach muscles. It also comes with a small matt for knee support thats amazing.

The product works as intended. Just the below points:1. The roller wheels have plastic rims (instead of rubber). This means there is noise produced while rolling it on the floor. If you have a neighbor below your floor, this may cause disturbance especially when used during early mornings or afternoons. Though the wheels are made of plastic, they do look sturdy. I will update the review after a couple of months of usage.2. The knee mat provided seemed to be manually cut from a bigger piece. It is a small piece (perhaps 9 in x 4 in). The roughly cut mat piece was provided separately outside the original product's box.

It's been almost a week now, using this and till now it's pretty good. Initially when I received this, the rubber grip for the handle was torn and had to exchange it. The second one which I received was good. Good purchase.

It is best product for abs in this range, it provides good support and stretchability and as well as able to handle good weight on it. Initially the Balance may be a bit hard to handle if you are totally beginner.
