House Dog - Barking and Growling Sounds for Added Home Security

I do not like that I have to turn on and off the player when need to use it

Definitely sounds like a mean junk yard dog barking through my sound system. I used it to stifle an obnoxious barking dog in my next door neighbors townhouse. It didn't work. That obnoxious dog now barks even louder when I play my House Dog CD. He thinks I bought him a playmate!

Dislike I thought it was a statue of a dog not just the sound not helpful if I am not home

This is absolutly the best and most authentic dog warning disc. I have tried many from various sources and this disc really sounds like the real thing.What gives it the realism you want with a watchdog is the two dog sound that gives the impression the dogs are really moving around.and the big dog has agrowl and bark that should deter any intruder.put it in your dvd or cd player on replay and it will do the job for as long as you are away.I even play it while I am home to give me the feeling I have a couple of real dogs around.It is recorded by Amazon so what more could you ask for.

This is realistic if you play it through a big system like I have. I played it for my friend and he didn't want to get out of his car. He thought I had gone out and got some junk yard dogs. I had a lot of dogs barking in the neighborhood. It sure fooled them. It sounds like there are 3 maybe 4 dogs on the CD. When I play it for the Trash man he keeps looking towards the house like he is making sure no dog comes charging towards him. Funny! Entertaining if nothing else.

It was perhaps some of what I wanted. Actually I am using it to annoy the neighbors as their barking dogs annoy me. Need a more constant barking like the dog is outside.

We left our house for a 7 day cruise, fearing as our town was plagued by recent home break-ins. We set up the dog barker in loop mode, When we returned, the "dogs" were still barking and protecting our home. Maybe just luck, but it was reassuring anyway.

when my ignorant, arrogant inconsiderate neighbors leave their dogs out and they bark constantly, I put this in my CD player and blast it. Drives everyone nuts but OH WELL. SHUT THOSE DOGS UP and no need to retaliate

Terrible , no Barking or growling on the CD , my cat is more frightening than that

Useful to get rid of unwanted callers. When they hear the growling and barking they disappear pretty fast.

does what it says on the label but took a long time to arrive
