Nothing to grip the paper.
This is ok for a standby cutter but not as a main cutter. There’s nothing to stop the paper from slipping , you have to try and hold it and stop the cutter slipping at the same time.

A Very Useful Device
My paper cutter arrived, sensibly packed and in perfect condition.It is very easy to use, and cuts highly accurately with perfect results.It arrived with an extra blade which I removed and stored it away along with a pack of 5 extra blades which I ordered. I colour coded four of these blades, as these will be used for cutting stock card and plastic sheets for some of my craft work.I’m very pleased with this useful device and highly recommend it.
