Amazing!
A practitioner recommended this book to me. Yes it is great! It is a fabulous book that goes beyond the usual knowledge that you find in most books. It is valuable for practioners to find the appropriate remedies by asking questions and making observations. I have been wondering why a trio of remedies come up every time I make a bottle for myself. This book explained it.

love it
Great buy. I love the authors look at essences and his division to 12 tracks wheer each track consists of so called communication flower ,compensation flower, decompensation flower. There is very good exlplanation why this division and description of each flower through that lens. Position that is a must for anyone wanting to go deep into essences.

so helpful
I ordered this book to replace my own copy, lost in loaning. Now my original has been returned, but I am delighted to have an official loaner copy now, because often I wanted to refer to the book when it was loaned out. This is a practical guide for using flower essences to make changes in habitual, unhealthy patterns. The changes are not, in my experience, immediate, but when used in the patterns the book suggests, the change can be deep and effective. I am grateful.

Great Addition to you Bach Reference Library
I really enjoyed this book! I have read many books and been studying the Bach system for almost a year. I have invested in all the essences and hope to get my level one certification soon. I have been creating remedies for my children and helping a couple of really close friends and the transformations I've seen have been incredible! I really liked the following things about this book:The description of the essences are wonderful and very concise. I find myself pulling this book out over my big Bach encyclopedia because it is easy to look things up quickly.I really liked learning about the different classification of flowers. I found that very helpful and have seen a correlation in the interview process. The astrology part was eye-opening and something I want to explore deeper. I added an astrology mix to my daily routine based on my birth chart and I do think it has had a positive impact. The recommendation that every first remedy begin with Star of Bethlehem makes a lot of sense to me since everyone has experienced some level of trauma in their lives.I bought the body mapping book and find that very interesting. It's something I plan to delve into deeper. I used it on my husband when he was experiencing shoulder pain and it did seem to bring him relief.I did take away one star because while I found the classifications very useful, I am not convinced the track system is always going to yield positive results. After reading the book I changed out my children's flowers based on the track system. Most of the flowers I had been giving them were classified as communication flowers. When I backed it up and switched them to treating the deeper states of the communication flower, we saw a return of behaviors and emotional struggles that had been greatly helped with the previous remedies. My children did not know I changed their essences, so I can't attribute this to placebo. My daughter's anxiety and focus issues came back to a level that was very obvious when I removed the communication flowers. After about two weeks I gave up and switched them back to the flowers that were working and things returned to a more regulated state. It appears the communication flowers were effective to begin with for the kids and no deeper states needed to be addressed. On the other hand, I am helping a friend that showed she needed the deepest level essences on the interview. She is 44 years old with an extreme trauma history. Her natural state correlated with a deeper level of emotional dsyregulation and the flowers she needed to start with did follow the tracks. The interview showed she needed no communication flowers. She was definitely in a state of complete decomposition including needing Gorse and Star of Bethlehem. I think the tracks have merit for that reason, but I don't think they are always going to be useful for every person. I feel this is especially true in children that don't have the life experience to get to the deep states of dysregulation. I understand the thought process of starting with the deeper levels, but I don't think it is always going to be necessary. I'm going to use the tracks as a guide, but I'm always going to go with what my gut says in the interview over sticking to a strict adherence to the tracks.Overall, this is a wonderful book to add to a Bach enthusiast's collection! It's not the book I would start with if I was new to the system, but definitely a helpful and worthwhile read to people that want to dive deeper.

Really good book. It makes a connection with acupuncture concepts
Really good book. It makes a connection with acupuncture concepts. For those who are familiar with the Bach flower remedies, this would not be a book for beginners. The flower remedies are organized in triads or tracks. This way of organizing them helps with the evolution of a condition that has not been addressed and has gone from acute to chronic. Definitely a good read.

Unique information on the use of bach flowers externally!
The authors gives a great insight of how to use the Bach flower essences in other ways than the oral use. I have already tried out the advice there and I have been able to help many people. Of course, it doesn't do miracles with all patients but I would definitely recommend this book to all people who would like to help themselves and others break free from healing blocks and emotional stresses.
