Bought for one song
Love the one song, but lots I don’t know also in this arrangement book. I do enjoy blended music.

This one compared to the first two, didn't deliver for me. I need songs to use for mostly during our offertory, and too many of these seem to continually crescendo during the piece and get bigger and stronger, which is not what I need for an offertory. I may try the fourth book, but not as impressed with #3, and am leery of buying more.

Good piano music
I love the Sunday Morning Blend books. Books 4 and 5 are not as good as the earlier ones, in my opinion. They are pretty simple, not as full. Still good though! I love Carol Tornquist!

Great series for young pianists
This is the second in the series that I have purchsed for my daughter who has been playing the piano for about 10 years. She has loved the series and I will eventually get every book for her. It has a nice mix of old classics and new praise songs, blended very pleasingly. There is a good mix of medium to med-hard pieces-great for offeratories and the like.

Great arrangements
This is a fun way to incorporate hymns and praise songs. Some are more challenging than others, but not too difficult. I've only had three years of lessons in my life and can play them.

Awesome!
If you've had a bad day. Sit down and play out of this piano book because its calming and relaxing on your nerves. The arrangements are a little hard but enjoyable to learn.

Two Stars
I just don't like the arrangement. Nothing special about the way she combined two songs.

Enjoy the series of Sunday Morning Blend
I have all 4 of the Sunday Morning Blend books, and expecting #5 shortly. I highly recommend these for church services for all types of congregations -- younger, older, conservative traditional, modern. Each piece combines 2 hymns, one traditional, and one more recent. Harmonizations are beautiful, just a little different from the originals. Sometimes people hear a little jazz influence, but there isn't dissonance or unpleasant harmony. They begin with a short introduction, then go into the hymns, and often reprise the first hymn at the end for a very beautiful and balanced presentation. You'll find in all of these volumes a wide variety of hymns - praise, joyous, peaceful, somber -- whatever you might need for a particular church service. The pieces run about 3-4 minutes, and are written for intermediate pianists. Some will need a little more practice than others.
