Although the shoe looks I emphasize looks well made the quality of leather ($30) cannot be matched with genuine leather. It looks stylish and well stitched probably better than average schoe. However one could question durability mainly due to the leather grade. My personal opinion is that the shoe although comfortable will stretch significantly causing premature damage (torn stitching, creases). Then again one could always buy another pair for $30. I would definitely recommend this shoe (style, comfort, quality of work) if the leather used was of a better quality (even if the cost was higher). This is just my view on this particular shoe. After making a purchase online I returned them for reasons listed below.

I love these shoes. Sure, they are thin and look like they could fall apart at any minute. But they haven’t fallen apart yet (six months). I stash them in my office and wear them there. They don’t get heavy use, but they are comfortable if you like thin, minimal support shoes. I do. I love them. They may break tomorrow, but I’d be tempted to buy another pair if the price is right. I took off the cheesy looking buttons.

Fits weird, walks weird, but hey it’s comfortable as heck and even easier to put on. While I think they got caught up and over designed the shoe it’s still great for the money and oh so easy to put on and take off. Definitely a back saver if your like me and dealing with a back injury.

Sizes run small.

After wearing for a couple of weeks the sole has already detached in a spot leaving a hole. Also the fit is not very conforming to my perfectly average foot. Don't expect much if you are purchasing.
