WORKPRO 36-Piece Woodworking Jig Saw Blade Set, T-Shank, Assorted Blades for Fast and Clean Wood Cutting

I am working on a project and wanted some brand new blades as I will be cutting hardwood (hickory). I realize these are value priced, and know that hickory can be hard on blades so I figured by buying this assortment I could afford to switch to a new blade often. Boy was I wrong.These blades did little more than burn and kick from the get go. I have a high quality Bosch jigsaw and tried all modes of orbital action and chip clearing and from the minute a brand new blade touched the wood it burned and caught. There are several variations in this selection and, although i have been woodworking for 30 years and thought I was making the best selection for the application, I tried all the variations to see if I was missing something.No dice. The blade immediately overheated, turned rainbow-hued and lost its ability to cut well - or at all - no matter which one I tried. I burned through 8-10 blades in less than an hour and gave up.For almost the same price I ordered a Bosch kit of 10 assorted blades. I was hesitant because this new kit only had two of each type (metal, fine cut wood, coarse cut wood, etc) and worried that I'd "use up" the best choice very quickly.The difference was night and day. The bosch blade (T101B - Clean Wood) cut like butter and after a full day of cutting hickory I was still using the one blade I started with. The real value was in quality, not quantity.

A neighbor and I are making a cornhole set for block parties. He is making one at his house and I am making one at mine. I needed some jigsaw blades but I am Shelter in Place due to the COVID-19 virus, so I bought these on Amazon. They came packaged together in a plastic storage box which is no bigger than the contents, so they don't take up much of a footprint. We use two blades for the job, not because one broke, rather we had two jigsaws going at once-one at his place and the other at mine. They performed flawlessly and each one that we used still has life in them. I expect that I won't be needing blades for years to come.

it's a really good deal and you get lots of blades for the price but i personally prefer to pay the same price for a lesser quantity good brand heavy duty blade which will perform and last much better than all of these blades, Don't get me wrong these are good blades too but not as good or as precise as other expensive brands blades, but over all its great for DIY and casual use, not for professionals, hope this help anyone

These are the best blades I have ever purchased. they seem to be staying sharp and working great the cuts that I have made don't have any tears in the wood. what I mean by that is the blade is cutting the wood and not lifting it from the sides of the blade causing slivers and a lot of extra sanding. that's a big time saver and a better use of the materials ie wood that your working with. the length of the blade allows me to cut into thicker slabs of wood without bending the blade from jamming into the wood. hope this helps you I work a lot with wood and know how important it is to have the right stuff to do the job.

I was disappointed with these blades. I am an amature woodworker of many years and I believed the tooth count on the blades would be okay to cut the wood satisfactorily. I was wrong. The blade did a poor job with pine, both fresh and aged. The edges are jagged, not smooth at all. I wasn't looking for a finish cut, just a cut that didn't seem to be cut with a dull handsaw. The end cut left large splinter on the end of the workpiece. I can't recommend these blades.

I'm very impressed with these blades so far. I'm not sure I should be marking them on the longevity, as I've only been using a few weeks, lightly, but I am in love with the quality of the cut of the fast, clean blade. It cuts way faster than a detail blade with all the teeth in the world, but so much cleaner than a common blade, though it is a little slower than a common blade. The result though, is a fairly fast cut, with a lovely edge, rare chip out and clean!! Very happy also with the quantity for the price. I'm still on my first one of the fast, clean blades and I'm very pleased with the result. If I could buy just the one blade type from this seller in a bulk pack, I would.

Have used one of the blades on a chair project. Works as expected and does not appear to show excessive wear. Pretty confident saying this is the best value for your money - IF you’re a weekend hobby guy.

I have used two blades, one in my jigsaw and one in bladrunner, for a few cuts. These blades worked great. The cuts were clean and faster then the recent craftsman and black and decker brands.
