These filters at just over £2 each are much cheaper than the originals and work very well. If you forget to put in the little blue valve into place, you will only get a very slow trickle or nothing.They also reduce limescale in the kettle.Had these for 2 years now without problems.

First check for blue adapter because my britta jug won't work without. Its on the bottom of the box in small plastic bag. Easy to miss. So don't freak out of ur filter won't work without. Beside this great product for most important really good price. Could not recommend more.

No problems at all. Been using them about 18 months

I have three different sizes of Britta filters, and those dupes fit perfectly to all. Although there is a bit of a hassle with the initial setup, I believe it is worth the effort considering the affordable price. I did not need to use the blue part with the medium and large filters, but I did use it with the largest jug. The taste of the filtered water is slightly different from the original filters, but it effectively prevents limescale buildup in my kettle, which was my primary goal. Just so you know, I would like to be able to put four and a half stars but because it is not possible I gave it five. Thank you.

Although the new cartridges require a ten minute soak, unlike Brita, they are just as easy to use. The pack came with a blue adapter to fit into the Brita jug to ensure compatibility. This was easy to insert and thus ensured free flow of water through the cartridge.

I recently bought a new Brita jug that uses the Maxtra Pro pods, these ones CLAIM that they fit the Pro slots but they do notThe bottom of the Pro pods have a little round part that pushes the valve open, these don't have them so the water sits in the bottom of the filter areaGreat for older jugs but just useless for newer ones!!!If you've got a newer jug

Only tried one so far in a Livewater XL jug & they fit fine & filter well enough without needing to use the included filter hole adapter.I had to push it down hard to obtain a complete seal as at first I noticed a couple of very slight leaks down each side, but after pushing it down harder it fully sealed without becoming difficult to remove when required.It took around 11 minutes to filter 2.5ltrs of water, but this can be sped up quite a bit by lifting the reservoir out, turning it sideways, and letting it sit upon the sides of the jug once the filtered water in the jug below reaches the bottom of the reservoir/filter, this knocks off approx' 3 minutes giving you 2.5ltrs of filtered water in around 9 minutes using these filters.YOU MUST ensure you clean these as instructed prior to use. After having it soaking for 5 to 6 min's I noticed it had turned onto it's side & when up-righting it I noticed a little bit of slippery translucent yellow fluid on the top??? That is slightly worrying and I'm not sure if it's due to the coconut fibres or what, so after wiping it off I gave it a thorough flushing under running water before allowing to soak for at least another 10 min's. I occasionally gave it a few shakes on it's side whilst in the water during this time but never found anything else leaking from it. I decided to take a chance that it was nothing nasty and will be checking the next filter carefully when preparing it.We're fortunate enough to already have good quality drinking water from the tap with not much limescale to begin with and I haven't really noticed much taste difference, just very slight (to be honest though I've been a smoker for almost 50yrs so the old taste buds aren't up to much these days).Not too sure exactly what these will filter out though as there's only info regarding chlorine on the enclosed booklet, so unless I've missed something I can't say if they work to filter out all the contaminants stated or not, particularly given the good quality of our water to begin with.As long as the yellow goo was nothing to worry about and they all work as intended though, these are decent enough value when compared to many others, especially branded filters.

De momento todo perfecto. De los 12 que compré estoy usando el primero puesto hace dos semanas. Se instala perfecto poniendo el adaptador. Parece que filtra algo más rápido que los originales, cosa que va bien para rellenar otras botellas de forma rápida. Espero que no sea porque filtra menos. El gusto del agua es el mismo, igual se bueno. Yo hago tres filtrados antes de beber cuando pongo el filtro nuevo. De momento muy contento por el resultado y el precio, prácticamente la mitad que los originales.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bonne alternative aux cartouches d'eau de Brita, nettement plus chères. Je recommande.

Super bonne cartouche marche Super bien sûr les carafes brita si l ont place naturellement le petit ustensiles bleu qui est collé dans la boîte le mettre en dessous de la cartouche sûr la carafes et alors tout marchera comme il faut sinon sans cela ne marchera pas et alors Super économique par rapport au vrai cartouche brita c est la 2 fois que je les achetés foncé n hésite surtout pas cela vaut vraiment la peine merci au vendeur
