Excellent coffee. Absolutely fresh, little or no bitterness and acidity. Exactly medium roast, not overdone nor extremely light. Best I’ve found in quite a while especially for an organic coffee.

I have been ordering from Gobena specifically that Chiapas coffee. It has been excellent, and the team has shipped quickly as promised. They are very reliable and the coffee is extremely reliable and I love the fragrance. They have kept the prices the same even though coffee prices elsewhere have been roller coasters. Love you guys, even though I don’t talk to you directly.

I had ordered another Honduran coffee to try and was disappointed in it. The flavor wasn't very smooth. This coffee is a light roast (which I prefer) is has good body with a strong floral smell when brewing. The finish is smooth as well, no bitterness. I will get this one again. Aside: I have noticed that some of the brands I used to get are either getting very expensive or the quality has dropped. I was hunting for another reasonably priced, solid coffee. I think this fits the bill.

Gobena is a wonderful company, and their coffee, particularly their Nicaraguan coffee, is smoothe and absolutely delicious! amazingly good coffee and a good cause as well -- doesn't get much better than that in our opinion!

In my search for Fair Trade, organic, medium roast coffee, this Chiapas medium checked all of the boxes but the flavor is unbearable and undrinkable. I know that this acidic, bitter profile appeals to some and that I shouldn't spend $70 without tasting it first but I was hoping to find something affordable that resembles the Dynamite Roasting Chiapas medium roast. This is not it.
