Great for home monitoring when traveling. Easy to set up multiple sensors and the app is excellent. It was a little clunky getting it set up to the Wi-Fi at first, but works great once connected. This device was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relatively simple weather station that can also enable you to monitor your home temp when you are traveling.

WiFi compatible. It talks to the sensors and then to your WiFi, which in turn talks to an app on your phone. Great for monitoring temperatures remotely ( or without getting out of your chair). Share pool temp with jealous relatives. I LOVE FLORIDA.

As a concept, I like this product. Unfortunately, I think it sometimes falls short of my expectations, which are based on its price. Does it work? Yes. But sometimes it's way more of a pain in the ass than it should be. Occasionally, the station just seems to lose it's mind, and it loses contact with one, or all, of the previously conected sensors. At which point, you MAY be able to get it to reconnect by removing and replacing the sensor batteries. If not, you are basically starting from ground zero, shutting down, and restarting the entire unit again. The software, and I am an IT/Data guy with over 30yrs experience, is not intuitive to say the least. Can it be reset? Yes. Should it have to be? Absolutely not.The other gripe that I have about this unit, is that the data that it collects, is not exportable in any way, in order to be used for analysis in say, a spreadsheet. This seems like a no-brainer to me. Perhaps they should offer a data recorder plug-in, for $29.99, so the data can be more than just "pretty pictures, on the app"? Or maybe I should have spent a little more for a unit that goes the extra mile?
