I got this as a fun thing for myself. I have used the five gallon bucket buddies for years. Thought this would be fun for the CAD desk. Turns out it is incredibly well made, and does a great job of keeping my mechanical pencils, fine rulers, and other thin accessories at the ready. I really do enjoy it, but also pleased it is just a workhorse on the desk.

I bought this to try and help organize the clutter on my desk. I didn’t have very high expectations for it BUT, it’s much better (and useful) than I thought it would be. It fit the first mug I tried to put it on…and fit it well.It holds much more than I thought I would.Overall, I’m very pleased with this. I hope it is durable too. If it’s not, I’m sure I’ll just get another one.

this works out well to organize some things on the desk. looks cool too. this would be good for a gift for handy men/people.

Ignore all the reviews that say they can't find a coffee cup to fit this "Bucket Buddy". Get creative! I used a metal pen holder from the dollar store and it fits excellent. I've had one of these for years....I bought my original at a thrift store. I've been wanting another for my craft pliers and it's perfect! I bought the same color as my original one and every person who sees it begs to know where I got it.

For the additional cost of a cheap mug this keeps my pens, pencils, Sharpies, scissors in good order. I thought this was kind of a joke but it works great. I gave one to my brother and he likes it too. Great value!

Very cute. I put them on mugs (need 20 ounce mugs) and gifted them to the men in the family for Father’s Day.

I never knew that I needed this or that it even existed until I did a bucket organizer search on Amazon.I am happy with my purchase, it not only helped in cleaning up my desk, it looks quite cool too.One thing that I will add is that it will fit on a larger cup than a 10oz that is mentioned, I am using it on the Stanley Adventure Big Grip Beer Stein which is 24oz, it will be a little more open in the back where the handle is but it works, I used the larger Stanley because my 10oz mug was not high enough.I recommend this.

This was a gift for an artist for christmas. The idea was to put paint brushes in it that are used in creating the art piece they are working on. It is great for that and inside the cup, goes the pencils and paint pens that the artist needs.
