Westinghouse 28485 3-Outlet Outdoor Mechanical Photocell Timer with 6-Inch Cord, Green

I tried many timers, digital, etc. and too complicated. This timer is perfect, just plug in, set the time and you’re done. Perfect.

No issues setting this easy to use photocell timer up and it does exactly as promised. I like the feature that allows me to extend the time off as the days get longer. So far working perfectly and I have it situated on a porch which I thought might make it touchier - which it did not.

Used with the outside Christmas lights in several locations throughout the yard. Performed well. The plus to this unit is you can adjust the amount of time you want the unit to stay on after dusk, when the photocell kicks the timer on.

Very reliable. Easy to set the time and they last longer than other timers. Three outlets instead of the standard two outlets is great for holiday lighting.

Great for Christmas lights. Would love it if some company came up with a photo cell timer that would work in conjunction with landscape light timer transformers.

Perfect for our needs - works well in our rainy, wet Pacific Northwest weather!

Returning the item as it failed to power my patio lights after dusk. I also took the unit into a dark closet to test, but still would not toggle the power on.Add insult to injury, the item was priced at $28.50 even though the package states that Westinghouse's retail price is $14.99. Since when did Amazon start to markup their products 190%?

I bought 5 of these. A couple worked great but the others seem to have ultra sensitive photocells. they would turn off and on in the middle of the day and time out when you wanted them on.
