It's hard to know for sure if oil supplements do any good. (How would a user know?)But I use them on my high mileage engines as a hedge against future issues. I trust Lucas products.

This should not be used with synthetic oil if you want to maintain the superior mpg of your synthetic oil.If you’re not concerned with maintaining the high mpg of your synthetic oil then use this.If you want to repair your engine and you’re running conventional oil then there’s nothing better than this.

The Toyota Camry 4 cylinder models have suffered greatly from oil consumption burning. This Lucas product has helped reduce frequent oil changes and smooth out the engine and transmission shifts. My engine oil now is less burnt and cruddy. However, I wouldn’t recommend using Lucas oil stabilizer all the time. Just use it when the engine needs it the most.

I've been putting LUCAS oil in my 1998 Ford F-250 (179000 mile) since i bought it in 2001. I put it in my 2014 Mazda CX-5 (140000 miles) for its first oil change and to this day. I even put it in my 2017 Smart 453 (39000 miles) It's a premium oil additive that truly works in any engine of any manufacturer.
