5 Orange Poso Sulawesi Rabbit Snails Tylomelania Live Freshwater Snail

Snails arrived quickly and were very lively. Nice hungry hardy funky looking snails. A little small but 10/10 nevertheless.

Shipping was very quick. Packaging was perfect, they shipped it in cardboard box in a first class mail crate so it was as protected as it possibly could be. It came with acclimation instructions. They arrived very happy and healthy, and active. I acclimated these guys over a month ago and they have been going strong, and even bred. 10/10 all the way for this seller! I was very worried about shipping live fish but it turned out great!

The seller can only be responsible for 2 of the 5 based on their policy, but they ignored my message.I sent the timestamped photo within the delivery window as required, and agreed to give them a couple days before calling it and requesting a solution.A few days later it became clear that 2 had passed but that message went ignored. Over the next week or so the other 3 passed. I didn’t follow up with the seller again for these 3 snails but this purchase ended up being a complete waste of money.

The rabbit snails arrived early and they are so cute. However there is some damage done to their shells. I guess it happened during shipping because the box was upside down when delivered and leaking water, do they had a rough transport. I am very pleased with my snails and they are each in different tanks.

The snails all arrived alive and well. The order was for 5 snails but I received an extra for a total of 6. They were all very active once I un-bagged them and acclimated them. Once I placed them in their tank they were all moving about with the exception of one who seems to be either unhappy from his travel to me or lazy. They then all started eating and going about their snail business exploring their new home. The following morning when I went to check on them to my delightful surprise I had a new baby snail! It’s even more adorable than the adults due to its miniature size. I am very please with my purchase and would purchase again.

I was so pumped to get these snails. I did all of the research, got all of the things. My toddlers and I love to watch them… the only problem, is 2/5 are dead within a week. Their shells didn’t come in the best/healthy conditions. Everyday I’m so scared to look at them because I’m afraid another will be dead 😭. When contacting the company, they only replace them if they are DOA. Nothing sadder than having to smell their rotting corpse to be able to tell if they are dead or not , eeeek.To be fair , the three that are still alive (as of now) are seeming to be pretty active and they are cute. They better live because my heart can’t handle anymore losses (being dramatic , but I really would like them better alive).

They came very well insulated and packed securely. Four out of five are doing great. I did lose one on the first night. Not sure if he was ill or if the stress was too much for him. The other four are happy and healthy. Very active. Came way faster than expected.

When the critters arrived the heat pad they were shipped with was used up cold. Hopeful, i still acclimated the snails accordingly but were all unfortunately dead. Because i waited so long hoping they would move or were still alive i voided the live arrival garuntee. Truly unfortunate.
