This multivitamin has generous quantities of the essential vitamins, minerals and certain other substances desirable to maintenance of health. It lacks iron which needs to be tailored to each mature individual's needs and should be provided separately, if necessary.The tablet is rather large and has no discernable taste.

This is the most potent, high quality, one per day vitamin for women out there. More vitamin D and calcium than any other multivitamin. I feel noticeably and significantly better when I take these (more energy, less PMS/migraines), most likely thanks to the Vitex. They taste TERRIBLE. I get a burning sensation when it goes down my esophagus. I have to take this with food and juice. I keep buying these and taking them in spite of how nasty they are going down. Because this is literally the best vitamin for women. At least you only need to swallow one per day, not several.

There are literally no words to describe how amazing these vitamins are! OMG!!! I have tons of energy! I feel like I can conquer the world so to speak. I am more focused, I feel stronger, and I feel like my body is generally functioning better. I am less anxious, less stressed, and l have not been suffering with depression. I have even gotten my sexual appetite back. I would recommend these vitamins to every...I already have to my boyfriend and parents! I am beyond satisfied with this product!!!

I've been taking this brand of vitamin for years and have found it's effective for good health. I love that I only take one a day rather than 6/day, but it's a big pill to take which may cause problems for some.

I've been using this product for a few years now, and it's the best one so far for me. I used to use a cheaper multi and there are much more expensive ones than this. For me, the price is right and it works well with my body. Sometimes I even take a half and I'm still energetic!I will keep using this until I feel like it doesn't work for my body anymore, since in few years, I will have to switch to "over 50" products!

The vitamins are old. I don't recommend to buy it. You can't even smell the vitamin smell when you smell the bottle. I had purchased this vitamin at a health food store before and it was definitely a strong vitamin smell to it and you felt when taken.
