Ignition broke within 1 month. Customer service was helpful in shipping me a replacement battery
***Edit*** Below is my experience with this bike and brand. Even though there were some significant problems regarding a faulty ignition, after I contacted customer service they were able to get a replacement battery out to me as soon as they could. The actual bike now that it works again is fantastic. I ride it everyday to work, and haven't experienced any additional issues***In the beginning, I thought was was a great bike and rode it every day. This was until about a month after it arrived when I was riding it to work, I get there and the key is completely gone while the motor is still running (note: the key isn't supposed to come out while the bike is turned on). I get it home and I'm able to turn the motor off with the spare key, but it never turned back on and now I can't even turn the ignition. I also can't remove and replace the battery/ignition because you need to turn the ignition to unlock the battery and remove it.I've gone to various bike shops (even electric bike shops) to try to get it repaired and no one wants to touch it because it's "not a brand they work on". So basically I got a month out of this bike and it's just been a big $1,800 chunk of metal sitting in my living room ever since. In addition to the defective ignition the bike has some design flaws. In the picture you see a significant amount of coating scrapped off exposing bare metal. No, there wasn't an accident that happened, that's because metal rests against metal when the bike is folded up. Within a month it scrapped away a lot of the black coating along the side of the bike making it look bad.Overall, I was pretty disappointed that this bike only lasted a month because I actually did like riding it. I would recommend going with a more established brand because you'll get higher quality parts, less design flaws, and at least then you'll have the possibility of getting it repaired if something goes wrong.

As my grandma used to say.. "It's Lectric."
I love this bike. It is very comfortable and well made. I got it today and put on about 20miles so far. My Dad(age67) and several coworkers have ridden it and they love it too. The front shocks and 750w motor are worth the extra money over the 500w M-150.The only things I would change are:1. The powered front light's beam is a bit too narrow.2. The electric motor wiring cover should have a seal on it by the crank. What I love is:1. The display is nice and easy to see.2. The riding position is very comfortable3. The seat is comfortable4. The fat tires and front shocks give a nice smooth ride.5. The 750W motor is powerful.6. The whole bike while not the best of parts is good enough quality for most people I would say.7. Seems to be durable construction8. The cables have a cover over them.9. It folds easy.10. Addmotor Customer service is top notch.More detailed ride review to follow with pictures and video.12/18/17 UpdateThe bike is still going strong. It propels me to work at 23-25MPH which is top speed on flat ground. You can tell the bike was designed for slower cruising speeds as the gearing starts becoming useless at 20MPH or so. You can't really help pedal after 20-22MPH as your legs would be going so fast. The electric motor is quite powerful. I haven't posted a video or pics as I got a flat the second day I had it and I had to wait for tubes to come. The tubes and tires are decent but I am going to replace the back tire with a mongoose tire and tube shortly. This tire is uncommon and I could only find Kenda and Mongoose tubes/tires. I know a bit about bikes so I was able to take off the rear wheel and replace the tube. If you don't have tire changing tools or the inclination a bike shop can do this easy. Addmotor sells batteries and some replacement items but not regular bike stuff like tubes/tires.Here are some links:Tube - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CGDVXL8Tire - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CGDW2AOI'll post more pics/video when possible.update 12/31/17The bike still works great. I have put well over 100 miles on it.Update 1/29/18The bike still going strong. I tried to upload more vids but the site won't let me for some reason.
