Worked to lock up all our products

They work well but the locking mechanism doesn't retract well when using a alpha magnetic key and it takes a lot of fiddling to get it open.

I completely missed the text which is on only one of the pictures that says "does not include magnetic key". It doesn't state it anywhere else like oh I don't know, maybe the product description or product name that it doesn't include a major key component to make the product actually work. So I receive the product that has zero instructions on how to use. There is no way to use the product because the magnetic key is not included. If a product is being sold but it cannot function without a key component, it needs to state it everywhere. Especially in the product description. It's like buying a pad lock but the key isn't included. It doesn't make sense. Just throw in the key and prevent customer frustration. Return.

We have experienced a higher level of theft and hope that this will slow it down. The locks are professional looking and do not distract from the product.
