These work really well. Do yourself a favor and buy a 4lb container of activated charcoal for $26. Just pop the top off the filter, remove the screen and empty the old charcoal and refill, replace the screen and put the top back on. You will probably never have to buy them again. Depending on how much water you distill, at $10 each it could get pretty pricey.

Filters are an exact fit for the Steam Pure water distiller.
