Gumout 510019-6PK Fuel Injector Cleaner, 6 oz. (Pack of 6)

I bought a Camry last year with 50k miles. Great deal! Manual too so it's fun!But when I ran it with an OBD II reader it showed a bit of fuel being added during idle, about 3%. I suspected the injectors being dirty probably due to dirty fuel fed by the previous owner - i can tell he wasn't a car guy - he replaced a water pump at 30k and had after market struts - not performance struts, just regular replacements, that were leaking at 50k and were stiff and uncomfortable. Conclusion: he was probably conned by his mechanic to do those things as part of "scheduled maintenance".Anyways, I ran a bottle of this cleaner and now the short term trim reads 2%.I think a few more bottles and I could get the stt to 1% or less.I did try a chevron cleaner about 3k miles before, but it made no difference. And the one single bottle of chevron costs as much as 6 of these!Great price too.Update; The first bottle and the first tank of gas is not yet finished and the short term trim has improved to 0.78. I think I'll run just one more bottle of this and keep the rest for later.

I noticed an immediate improvement. After the tank was empty and refilled, was still getting same results, so definitely works well, would recommend it to anyone with a fuel injector. Even using primarily high grade detergent gasoline I started noticing a drop in fuel mileage after 3000 miles, but all good now, back to my off the lot fuel efficiency. Will keep using this every 1500 miles as recommended, and just over $3 a treatment is a very reasonable price as it pays for itself with an average 20% increase on my mpg. Maybe that’s just my car, but worth a try in any case for the money you pay.

Dump it in and drive….

Replaced injectors and am using on a regular basis to extend the life. As far as cleaning old injectors didn't notice any improvement.

I have a 2019 Kia Optima that was hesitating when taking off from a stop basically every time. I decided it was probably dirty fuel injectors and opted to give Gumout a try. On ONE TREATMENT the hesitation is gone. It's still a 4 cylinder engine so I don't expect it to lunge off the line, but the hesitation is gone and it rides very smoothly. I'm glad I bought the 6 pack so I can do treatments a couple times a year. Great stuff!

Had to find product in stores so I ordered from Amazon, Great product and good price. !

I used 2 of this pack in my 2016 Prius this fall in 2 separate fill ups with Shell gas. My mileage has not improved and the dealership claims I have a dirty MAF and a dirty throttle body.
