Among Trees: A Guided Journal for Forest Bathing

This was a great gift for someone who doesn't need more "stuff" but enjoys reflecting on the nature around them!

I thought it was too basic. I do not need this guided journal to help me with forest bathing. As far as I’m concerned, it’s pretty flimsy stuff. Almost every page, is like the one I pictured above. I really do like the photos in it. There are suggestions to guide your forest bathing, but you can get a lot more of them from any book on forest bathing. I wanted more observations and inspirations and scientific facts that are in the book.
