Time wasted to fix someone elses mistake.
Ok so we ordered the crate on Thursday and it arrived as expected on Friday. Excellent delivery. I only wish I could say the same for the crate. Easy enough to put together and would have been extremely happy with it, but unfortunately one of the bottom rails that the base slides into was bent and we had to straighten with pliers, also the base was chipped. We could have probably overlooked these 2 things as we need the crate desperately for next week but then just as we'd finished putting it together, the piece of metal on the top that secures the lid and side together is 1cm too short!!! We can't get the screw in!!! No time to return so 2hrs are spent trying to fashion something to hold it together. I'm disappointed and annoyed as I've spent money on other crates that were substandard in the past and this one seemed better quality. How wrong I was!!!

Too heavy too flimsy for purpose
The mdf floor roof and sides make it too heavy and impracticalSo wouldn’t describe it as lightweightPlus it needs something like a handle so it can be lifted easilyIt is not easy to assemble I’m usually good at fixing up flat pack stuff this has been difficult and still is not put together after having it a month

Absolutely lovely and looks nice
Very easy put together,may need hammer for plastics components...Looks perfect,soft but strong..Very friendly for car,specially for interior..my dogs love it

Arrived broken
The sides are made from something which looks like thick chipboard. It arrived broken in the Post. If it can't withstand the postal system, how would it fare with determined claws or in a road accident ?

Good Quality
We hesitated getting this crate but it is much better than two separate ones and their is plenty of room for two small/medium dogs

Could not assemble
We were unable to put the crate together. The top and front just didn't fit!Struggling to get refund as they want photos of when we tried to put it together.I am disabled and unable to unpack and try putting it together again for photos.

Very good service
Arrived very quickly, earlier than stated. Very happy with crate, only 1 problem. when the door is open there is a very sharp hinge that a dog could badly cut themselves, have cut it down and filed it, no problem now.
