Like em' !!
So far, I think these batteries are going to be great. Sure a lot cheaper than buying at the store. They seem to last as long as the Duracell's I have been using. Actually, I've had a lot of duds in all brands bought locally. I live in the desert & I think what's happening is the truck parks somewhere for lunch maybe & things inside gets hot. These batteries can't take much heat without unsealing the little sticker tab. Once that happens, the battery starts discharging just like it was in a hearing aid.If I start running into bad batteries, I'll up-date this review but, for now, I think they're great. Also, they come with a handy little key-chain plastic thing with a snap close lid that will hold a pair of spare batteries. (with the tabs still on)Update 11/6/17: Just about finished my 1st box. Not one dud in the whole box. Consistent performers. Very pleased. Just ordered another box.2nd update 4/20/18: Still like 'em. I've modified the little keychain spare batt. holder .I've glued a tiny magnet into the slide out handle & it works perfect to insert a fresh batt. into the hearing aid. I was always kind of fumble fingered trying to handle these tiny batteries. Now with my "magnetic holder", it's much easier. Hearclear ought to build a magnet into their keychain. It really works!

These Batteries Are JUNK!!! DO NOT BUY!
They claim they're long lasting blah blah blah .... Mine were delivered on Feb 17 .... Here we are on Feb 20 and I have already used 4 batteries and my hearing aid just started beeping to alert me of a low battery. I take the batteries out at night while I sleep. . . I typically have my hearing aid in front about 7am to 10 or 11 pm. I have had to change the batteries every day, and in 2 cases twice in a day ... Hense the 5 batteries in THREE DAYS!!! What a joke! Thank god I bought 60 batteries to power my trash bag. Batteries should last for about 70 hours from what I've read ... This is my first hearing aid, I use it for treatment of tinittus I'm not hard of hearing so it's not like the device is turned up super high either .... I use it to enhance frequencies 4k to 6kh .... Normal batteries should last days if not a week maybe slightly longer .... In any case more than a few hours smh .... Yeah the cost is cheap ... But that's exactly what the product is also cheap AF JUNK..... Thanks for stealing my $$ .... You get about 4 batteries worth of life in a package of 60 ... Yay

Unhappy
The batteries are ok, but the plastic packaging is ridiculously difficult to open. My father has arthritis and couldn't begin to open, then I tried. I don't have arthritis but couldn't do any better. We finally used very sharp scissors to get a start on the plastic, but in trying to pull it back after cutting, caught my finger on the sharp plastic edge, resulting in a cut. These are just not worth the trouble. If anyone has found an easier to open package please let me know.

New packaging
The updated packaging is horrible!!! It is very difficult to get the batteries out of the package. I'm afraid of cutting myself when trying to get the batteries out of the package. The instruction say to cut across the edge of the plastic casing. I have used scissors and also tried with a knife. There is no way a person older with fine motor skill challenges will be able to get these packages open. I have used these batteries for several years. The batteries themselves are great. Because of the new packaging I will be changing my supplier for batteries.

Very Bad Packaging - Difficult & Dangerous to remove
You will think there's something wrong with YOU when you're trying to get a battery out. Nope, there's nothing wrong with you. The packaging actually is just so bad that it's hard to believe. To remove a battery requires scissors every time (1 star removed)With the scissors, you must carefully and awkwardly cut through the plastic right next to the battery, then shake out a battery (1 star removed)The process for EACH battery leaves behind a small, sharp, nearly invisible piece of plastic, which will definitely cut your foot if you step on it, and must be carefully found and thrown away (1 star removed)I am not a senior, I'm a relatively young person who is hard of hearing and uses hearing aids. I have good fine motor skills and vision. This packaging is unbelievably bad. I'm so sorry for whoever designed this package and thought it was a good design. The package even says "New IMPROVED Packaging." Which makes one ask: Improved over what? The only experience worse than this package I can imagine is if someone were to come along with the package and poke me with a sharp stick the whole time I'm trying to get the batteries out.I sorely regret purchasing a large number. Two stars because once they're out of the package the batteries seem to work fine.

Batteries work fine but package design changed for much worse!
These batteries work fine and the price was decent. The first time I bought these, they came on a card that had a little window/flap design in the back. As you rotated the wheel, you could pull down the flap and take the batteries out the little window, as many other brands of batteries do. U see from other reviews that this change was made to increase the child-proofing, but they changed it so you have to cut open the plastic around the little wheel to take out the batteries and it's really difficult to do so. Luckily I have some of the old cards left so I tear the backs off the new cards and fit the batteries into the spaces on the old cards. It's a pain to do all that and I will not be buying these again unless they come up with a new package design.
